- Section head position is preferably at least 3-5 years of work experience in the same position
- Department Head position is preferably at least 3-5 years of work experience in the same position
- Have a good communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, planning & organizing skills
- Have a good skill in operating computers and software
- Have possession of mine software
- Have POP/POM/POU certificate is preferred
