1. Accounting Staff 

Requirements :

• Male, 25-35 years old 
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Accounting 
• Proficient in Ms Office and English 
• Highly skilled in dealing with financial, numeric data, bookkeeping 
• Confidentiality and integrity 
• Responsible, honest, well-organized 
• High accuracy and attention to detail 
• Placement Bandung 
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update accounting records and files 
• Analyze budgets and create expense reports 
• Examine tax polices and handle tax payments and returns 
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g.by assets, liabilities and expenses)
• Reconcile bank statements
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures 
• Prepare documents for audits 
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations 
• Report to Manager and improve financial processes 

2. Engineering Supervisor 

Requirements :

• Male, 25-35 years old 
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electric Engineering, High Voltage 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering field as supervisor 
• Expertise in hazard and safety, trafo, cubicle, SUDP, LV/MDP, Genset, Preventive maintenance 
• Placement Bandung 

Responsibilities :

• Assist in department’s daily operation 
• Participate in long-term preventative maintenance projects 
• Prepare process plans 
• Decide on equipments, materials and subcontract sources 
• Supervise installation and initial start up ofd equipment 
• Perform and record machine tool capability studies 
• Identify and debug for production problems as needed 
• Modify processes to enhance operation productivity 
• Assign, train, develop and supervise work 
• Ensure accident estimates are prepared promptly and repairs are done timely 

3. Chiller & HVAC Technician Leader 

Requirements :

• Male, 25-30 years old 
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 
• Diploma (D3) of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading team 
• Strong knowledge of hazard and safety 
• Able to perform preventative maintenance 
• Able to work in hot an cold temperatures
• Placement in Bandung 

Responsibilities :

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner 
• Make sure equipments operate efficiently & continuously 
• Perform regular maintenance work on Collings units 
• Diagnose electrical & mechanical defects & malfunctions 
• Install, replace, repair equipment that  has been damaged
• Make adjustments, do calibration of thermostatic controls 
• Make plans and design of new air conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance 
• Coordinate with company’s contracted HVAC vendors 
• Leading team and monitor progress 

4. Instrument & Control Supervisor 

Requirements :

• Male, 24-28 years old 
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electrical Engineering 
• Minimum 2 years of experience 
• Strong leadership skill 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Willing to work under pressure 
• Willing to work in shift 
• Placement in Bandung 

Responsibilities :

• Coordinates analysis, diagnose, installation, repair maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipment 
• Coordinate maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractors 
• Ensure that safety rules and procedures are followed 
• Prepares instrumentation & Control business plans
• Develop, review, and revise standards operating procedures 
• Create, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation 

5. Process Engineer 

Requirements :

• Male or female, single 24-30 years old 
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical Engineering 
• Minimum GPA 3,50 
• Must be able to write and speak English 
• Communicative, initiative, and passionate 
• Good critical thinking and problem solving 
• Great attention to detail 
• Placement in Bandung 

Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes 
• Assess processes, take measurements and interprets data 
• Design, run, test and upgrade system and processes 
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output 
• Perform process simulations 
• Manage cost and time constraints 
• Perform risk assessments 
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions

6. Production Supervisor 

Requirements :

• Male/Female, 24-28 years old, single 
• Vaccinated against Covid-19 
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical/Food/Industrial Engineering 
• Minimum 1 year of experience 
• Strong leadership skill
• Able to work under pressure 
• Willing to work in shifts 
• Placement in Bandung 

Responsibilities :

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize work flow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Train new employees to follow procedures 
• Check production output according to specifications 
• Submit reports in performance and progress 
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements 
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
