Lowongan Magang terbaru bulan Maret 2022 kali ini bersumber dari Nestlé merupakan sebuah perusahaan multinasional yang berada di Vevey, Swiss yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman. Didirikan oleh Hendry Nestle pada tahun 1868, produk yang dihasilkan oleh Nestlé diantaranya makanan nutrisi dan minuman nutrisi seperti makanan bayi , susu, kopi, coklat dan lain lain. Nestlé mulai beroperasional di Indonesia pada tahun 1971 dan sampai saat ini Nestlé Indonesia telah mengoperasikan tiga pabrik yaitu Pabrik Kejayan di Jawa Timur untuk mengolah produk susu seperti Dancow dan Bear Brand, Pabrik Panjang di Lampung untuk mengolah kopi instan Nescafe, dan pabrik Karawang Jawa Barat untuk memproduksi Dancow, Milo dan Cerelac. 1. Project Engineer Process, Panjang Factory

A day in the life of :
- Before starting the project design phase: Support the End-to-End Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager in developing the investment project charter and ensure that it is strictly followed throughout the project.
- During project design phase: Execute the basic and detailed design of the project according to company regulations and standards, local regulations. Ensure safety implementation of all workers during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant.
- During the project implementation phase: Ensure that the engineering side of the project is implemented (e.g., buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities, etc.) in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the URS, and the characteristics of a unit operation. And that all the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in performed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and that a vertical start-up is assured. Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities. Ensure that company standards are applied.
- During the start-up phase of the project: Support the start-up manager and their team to ensure a smooth transition to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation. Contribute to and support the preparation and distributing the engineering project documentation, including the engineering part of the project final report and provide feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System.
- During the whole project life: Promote development of environmental-friendly and sustainable solutions. Mobilize resources (internal & external)
What will make you successful :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Backgroun
- Has three years of experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- Determination of methods to reduce the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment
- Familiar with factory operations
2. Coffee Agronomist

Location: Bandar Lampung – Indonesia

A day in the life of :
- Manage regular communication with farmers, farmers group and Cooperative (Kelompok Usaha Bersama)
- Provide technical assistance to coffee farmers in coffee production and quality aspect
- Running green coffee Direct Procurement operation (Green Coffee Procurement from Farmers)
- Ensuring green coffee delivery meet with required quality level.
- Establish corrective measures with Factory team for any quality issues
- Conduct market intelligence to provide information in coffee crop, social issue.
- Communicate and campaign Sustainability Agriculture Initiative and develop Co-operation with Coffee Community (Coffee Growers, Farmers Organizations, Research Centers, NGOs, etc.)
- Manage Education and Demonstration Farms for endorse Good Agriculture Practices
Ad Hoc Work :
- Collaborate with other partners to improve access to support farmers
- Provide Material to BU team for communication propose
- Provide Information On coffee farmer’s issue
What will make you successful :
- Minimum Bachelor of Agriculture
- Experience in coffee agricultural practices
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Having good analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
