1. HR & Ga Department Head
Job Responsibilities :
- Supporting Business Unit in managing HR & GA function: Recruitment, remuneration, employee engagement, performance evaluation and employee-industrial relations
- Planning, monitor and evaluate budget for HRGA function, ensure effective and efficient budget management.
- Manage recruitment activities: from manpower planning, sourcing & selection activities up to hiring and new employee onboarding program
- In charge for monthly manpower data: overtime, medical reimbursement, leave, etc.
- Facilitate employee relations activities, ensure harmonious industrial relations, and manage all necessary manpower report and external compliance report related to HR
- Responsible for talent management including facilitate evaluation of talent, motivating and developing talent to achieve optimum performance
- Manage GA function to support business activities; office management, transportation, catering, employee housing, and other facilities (include GA vendor management)
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Any Major
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Department Head/Manager
- Having exposure in all HR function : Recruitment, Training, OD, Remuneration and Employee & Industrial Relations
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan
- Having good communication skill, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
2. Recruitment & Talent Management Department Head
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the company recruits employees with the right qualities and competencies according to the company’s needs through the creation and monitoring of strategy implementation as well as recruitment, assessment, and placement programs for employees in accordance with the company’s vision, mission and values to support the company’s business development.
- Develop a recruitment management strategy in the company based on the long-term and short-term strategies that have been determined.
- Prepare work plans and budgets related to recruitment management to ensure the achievement of the expected strategic targets.
- Planning for employee needs in the company by facilitating the Man Power Planning process to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment & placement process.
- Ensuring that employee needs are met in accordance with Man Power Planning by conducting the process of recruiting new employees, transferring employees, and promoting in order to support the company’s business development.
- Ensuring that the entire process of recruitment, assessment, placement, promotion, transfer to employee resignation is carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures applicable in the company.
- Provide recommendations to users related to the recruitment and placement process to ensure users have the right considerations in determining the prospective employee to be accepted and placed.
Job Requirements :
- Psychologist (graduate from Program Profesi Psikologi or equivalent)
- Bachelor degree in Psychology are welcome to apply
- Have min 10 years of working experience in both Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
- Advanced skill in candidate sourcing, assessment, interviewing & salary negotiation
- Having experience in handling Mass Recruitment & role as HR Business Partner will be an advantage
- Good communication, influencing skill, and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
3. Recruitment Section Head
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling the recruitment process in accordance with company policy to get employees with the right quality and competence, in order to support the company’s business development.
- Consolidating employee needs plans in each division and setting priorities according to company needs, so that important priority positions can be filled quickly.
- Planning an assessment implementation strategy for both the need for new employee recruitment, as well as promotions to ensure that the assessment process is carried out effectively in supporting the company’s business development.
- Carry out the recruitment process for prospective employees in the company with the methods/tools that have been determined to ensure the employees who are accepted have the quality and competence in accordance with the needs of the position they occupy.
- Develop and analyze the methods/too/s used in the recruitment process, to ensure the methods/too/s used are effective in identifying the potential, competence and quality of employees.
- Carry out the employee assessment process with the right method/too/s in accordance with company policies and procedures and analyze the results obtained in order to assist the company in identifying potential employees.
- Ensure that all administration related to the assessment process is available and complete in order to implement compliance with company policies.
- Provide opinions, suggestions, and assistance to users related to the results of employee assessments, to assist users in understanding the results of employee assessments in their work units.
- Ensure the process and quality of the assessment results are in accordance with the company’s needs and always know the latest information about assessment practices in the market in order to improve the quality of assessment in the company
