1. OFFICER – PUBLIC RELATION
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Communication
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Great interpersonal, creative & innovative person
- Excellent communication & copywriting skills.
- Great time management skills & attention to detail.
- Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Willing to work at Karawang
Job Descriptions :
- Carry out Public Relations programs in the form of Press Conferences, and Media Relations to build a positive company image
- Maintaining good relations with the media, journalists, communities and parties related to the publication of company publications, as well as updating media contacts and journalists on a regular basis
- Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
2. RESEARCH INTERNSHIP
Kualifikasi :
- Mahasiswa/I Jurusan Bisnis/Mangement/Psikologi/Sosial Politik/Statistik/Public Relation/Communication
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan bersedia untuk mobile
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Penempatan di Plaza Summarecon, Jakarta Timur
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan research dengan cara interview dan menyebarkan questioner.
Membantu departemen Operational Support mengolah data hasil research.
3. COORDINATOR HR & GA
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as HR & GA Supervisor
- Understand the job cycle of Personnel, Employment Law, and maintenance of assets
- Required Skill(s): microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), computer
- Good communication skills
- Applicant must willing to work in Serpong
Job Descriptions
- Manage for all activity and administrative Human Resource and General Affair
- Process HR administration including personel administration, attendance report, training and recruitment
- Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Ensured compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
Analyze performance of the staff and do upgrading if neccessary
4. COORDINATOR ENGINEERING
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) in Engineering.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Engineering Supervisor in apartment.
- Required Skill(s): HVAC System, MEP, Generator System, Civil.
- Have preventive, corrective, correction maintenance skill and understand procedure for emergency plan in engineering apartment.
- Have planning, analysis and actualization skill specially in apartment.
- Have certificate of AK3U is a plus point.
- Applicant must willing to work in Serpong
Job Descriptions :
- Planning, managing, monitoring, controlling, evaluating and profiding completion recommendation for every operational process within the scope of maintenance activities.
- Supervises all preventive and maintenance in the building.
- Manage all Enginnering operations in the building.
- Coordinate with all Engineering team.
- Create maintenance schedule.
- Analyze performance of the staff and do upgrading if neccessary
5. COORDINATOR TENANT RELATION
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation / Customer Service
- Supervisor in Office Building / Apartment / Mall
- Required Skill(s) : Communication skill, Negotiation, Handling Complain, Service-Oriented
- Proficient with English
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Candidate must be willing to work in Serpong
Job Descriptions :
- Ensure all complain from tenants can be resolved.
- Maintain relationship with tenants.
- Provide information to tenants about buidling facilities, events, etc.
- Monitor the use of public facilities.
- Monitor the operation of tenant relation.
- Make regular reports on tenant relations and reports on tenant relations programs
- Ensure have a good coordination with other related department
6. COORDINATOR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
- Required Skill(s) : Accounting, Finance, Journal, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Computer.
- Familiar with bank reconciliation, and accounting system.
- Applicant must willing to work in Bekasi.
Job Descriptions :
- Communicate and remind customers and suppliers regarding related receivables and related topics
- Checking the detail AP and AR
- Create invoice and other related documents
- Create a bank reconciliation, tax reports, journal transaction, and support data to all unit for purposes of the final report.
- Check all accuracy of the recorded data
- Other tasks related to financial statements
- Analyze performance of the staff and do upgrading if neccessary
