1. KOL Administration Intern

Your Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Gaming industry across various social media platforms and online communities.
  • Assist in reaching out to KOLs and support the KOL team in coordinating and scheduling collaboration campaigns, including content preview and other KOL-related campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all agreements and collaborations in alignment with the company’s objectives and guidelines.
  • Assist in generating content ideas for #MLBBIDCreator.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of KOL campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
  • Draft agreements with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and signatures and submit finalized agreements to the system.
  • Manage the payment process for KOL and vendor services, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payment requests.
  • Maintain organized records of all agreements and payment submissions, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
  • Collect and verify expense reports from the KOL team and compile a monthly summary of all expenditures.

2. Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the finance department by ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting and tax filing in a timely manner, assisting in financial analysis and auditing, and contributing to the overall financial health of the corporation.

  • Accounting Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management;
    • Monitor and review financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed;
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and review financial statements and ensure they are accurate and in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely delivery of required documents.
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments for all applicable jurisdictions.
  • Internal Controls:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks;
    • Evaluate and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with company policies;
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Perform Esports AR management to assess and manage financial health and ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational efficiency and .
    • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.
  • Systems and Processes:
    • Work with IT and other stakeholders to optimize and improve financial systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy;
    • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements when necessary.

Our Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, local accounting standards, and local tax regulations;
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting (including local tax filing), with at least 1 year in a senior role;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Fluent English both in written and oral;
  • Preferably experience in multinational corporations or with international accounting standards is a plus;
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Financial RPA) can be an advantage;

3. Esports Marketing Manager

  • This role will be the project manager for key marketing campaigns, activations, and partnerships under the esports umbrella focusing mainly on MPL Indonesia, MDL Indonesia, and other tournaments / pillars within the MOONTON esports ecosystem. A successful candidate needs to have a strong track record of successful project management, strategic planning, results-oriented execution, and value creation with limited budget / resources. He / she must display skillsets and achievements in brand activations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

Scope of Works :

  • Strategise, plan, and execute all marketing campaigns / projects in line with business objectives. Independently handle all aspects of esports marketing projects and rally internal / external stakeholders to follow project timelines and deliverables. Key projects cover on-ground activations, ticketing, merchandise, CSR, and more.
  • Lead and drive all campaigns and onground activations for esports tournaments, primarily for MPL ID, MSC, and M-series events. This includes MPL Festival on-ground activations at the Playoffs, watch parties or other franchise team activations, MPL Industry Awards, and more.
  • Identify and maximise marketing partnerships to drive business objectives and maximum value creation. Work with franchise teams to enhance marketing collaborations and share resources, strategic platform partners (e.g. TikTok) to drive key objectives (e.g. viewership and UGC), KOLs and celebrities to enhance league branding, and sponsors to enhance campaign impact / ROI.
  • Own and front all marketing related discussions with MPL ID franchise teams with the objective of growing the teams’ communities and branding. Lead all franchise team marketing programmes, cultivate and maintain strong relationship with team owners and management through regular communication, act as a marketing expert / consultant to help franchise teams with potential opportunities.
  • Proactively drive and cultivate internal collaboration with: 1) Publishing team to leverage and share resources to maximise ROI across both business units. 2) Regional esports team to harness ID esports potential for regional tournaments (MSC / M-series) via activations and partnerships with local stakeholders (franchise teams, brand partners, venue partners, etc).
  • Support government relations initiatives and liaise with government entities in accordance with the guidance of the group’s government relations team.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for relevant ID esports initiatives as needed.

Requirements for Hiring Position :

  • Hold a university degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, activations, business development, project management, brand management, or related fields. Previous experience in the sports, entertainment, or technology industries is preferred, with agency experience considered a plus.
  • Demonstrate proactive self-starter qualities, coupled with a strong desire for success and excellence. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively is essential.

Job Descriptions :

  • Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of KOLs, including their reach, engagement metrics, and past collaborations.
  • Create and execute content plans, and conduct regular reviews of creative content on a monthly basis.
  • Generate and deliver regular reports on campaign performance and Return on Investment (ROI) to the publishing team.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of each KOL regularly, providing insights for future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including esports, marketing publisher, and community, to align influencer marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging content trends, tools, and social platform features, and leverage them to enhance KOL performance and structures.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in KOL Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of MOBA games and proven experience in KOL marketing.
  • Strong network of influencers with demonstrated account management skills; experience with gaming creators is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
