1. PURCHASING STAFF (NON PRODUCTION SUPPLY)
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree graduate majoring in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
- Female with min. 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing
- Strong analytical skills for data and market trends
- Excellent administrative skills, including document management and record-keeping
- Willing to be placed in Muara Baru, North Jakarta
Job Descriptions :
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Prepare and maintain purchase documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Prepare regular purchase reports for management
- Respond to internal department purchase requests and ensure their needs are met
2. PURCHASING STAFF (RAW MATERIAL)
Qualifications :
- DipÃoma or Bachelor’s degree graduate majoring in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
- Female with min. 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food technology and quality control processes related to raw materials
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to be placed in Mura Baru, North Jakarta
Job Descriptions :
- Source and purchase raw materials
- Negotiate competitive prices and favorable terms with suppliers
- Ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Monitor supplier performance for on-time delivery and quality
- Assist in managing the supply chain to prevent shortages or excess stock
3. PACKAGING INNOVATION STAFF
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree graduate majoring in Food Techology
- Male with min. 1 year of work experience in the food industry, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials, product safety standards, and industry regulations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute innovative ideas
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Job Descriptions :
- Develop and innovate packaging solutions ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align packaging with product needs
- Evaluate and test packaging materials for performance, durability, and cost
- Monitor trends, regulations, and technologies to drive packaging innovation
- Enhance packaging design for improved product presentation and appeal
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage implementation of new packaging solutions
