Job Description:

• Analyze price efficiency by comparing available goods for appropriate pricing
• Sourcing and negotiating for key suppliers/vendors
• Purchase goods requested by user that meet the expected quantity and quality
• Create PO and process PO documents

Job Summary:

Requirements:

• Final year student (with NO CLASS to attend) or fresh graduate from reputable university, majoring in INDUSTIAL ENGINEERING with min GPA 3.50
• Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.

Job Description:

• To assist and analyze purchase decision from PR to PO

Job Summary:

• Assisting bidding/tender process, administrative task, made a contract number, and will work closely with Category Manager and Category Analyst.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student from REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY, MAJORING IN INDUSTIAL ENGINEERING (with no more classes to attend)
• Available to join ASAP
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal business units and transportation providers
• Detail oriented, able to work independently with good time management skills
• Solid understanding of Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms. Power Points
• Have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Data and interest in Supply Chain / Logistics is a must
• Commit to join for 6 months internship duration
• Available to fully work from the office (WFO)

Job Description:

• Compile transportation providers’ monthly performance and analyze vendor KPIs
• Manage logistics/transport quarter spending from each business unit
• Assist Category Manager and Category Analyst on end-to-end transportation bidding/tender process
• Doing the administrative task

5. Quality Supply Chain Internship

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in FOOD TECHNOLOGY or INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
• Must be proficient in Ms. Excel
• Able to analyze, process, and present data
• Familiar with Quality and Food Safety System in food industry
• Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment (full WFO)
• Available to join in early May

Job Description:

• Completing data and documents for existing suppliers to fulfill quality system requirements and ISO/customer audits
• Refining document templates in the Quality Supply Chain department
