Grand Indonesia (atau biasa disingkat GI) merupakan sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di kompleks Segitiga Emas Jakarta, Tanah Abang dan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat yang dibuka pada tahun 2007, oleh Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. 1. Research & Data Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Have basic knowledge of Research and Retail.
• Proficiency in computers especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Possess analytical thinking skills and able to articulate the ideas.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct and monitor internal and external customer survey in mall area.
• Conduct surveys and observe findings at competitors’ shopping centres of Event & Promotion programs, New Opening Stores and Loyalty Programs.
• Descriptive data processing and simple tabulation and reporting.
• Building a business network with the Property Research and Consulting Agencies.
• Discover new perspectives and value insights for future development.

2. CCTV Officer

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV operations or security of property management environments, preferably in shopping centres, 5-star hotels, or office buildings.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems and CCTV technology (IP-based cameras, video management software).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness.
• Proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong reporting skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all Business Units.
• Detect and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards in real time.
• Conduct routine system checks to ensure all cameras and recording equipment are fully operational.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed reports with relevant video evidence for submission to the Security Manager.
• Coordinate with security personnel, control room operators, facility management, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure timely tagging, archiving, and retrieval of surveillance footage for investigations or legal purposes.
• Report technical faults to IT or maintenance teams for immediate resolution.
• Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations related to surveillance, data privacy, and information security.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive footage and security matters.

3. Concierge Officer

Qualifications:

• Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree from any major are welcome to apply.
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to speak other international languages is a plus point.
• Responsible, reliable, and possess a professional presentation.
• Outstanding customer service skills are required.

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers.

4. Senior Guard (Residences)

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent from any major.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar property.
• Possessing safety & security training skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum height is 170 cm with proportional weight.

Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring residents’ safety and security during their stay in the Residences area.
• Supervise contractor workers and conduct regular checks.
• Conducting thorough surveillance patrols and monitoring using CCTV.
• Inspecting safety equipment installed in the Residences area, including hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and lights.
