1. AR Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

  • Maintain accurate records and control reports for Store AR and Customer AR
  • Manage collection activities daily for store cash reports
  • Ensures billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner.
  • Update receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders that are delivered daily, including transactions such as bank remittances
  • Monitor expenditures and implement corrective steps by identifying significant variances
  • Direct and lead the work of others in the departmentManage AR team to reduce manual workload Provide data analysis and reports.

Job Requirements :

  • Good leadership skills, communicative
  • Have good AR background
  • Good on excel and accounting software have F&B background will be plus
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin will be a plus point
  • Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta

2. Purchasing Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Analyze the problems that arise during daily operations, and quickly formulate solutions for them and track their implementation.
  • Formulation of relevant work procedures and emergency response plans for the department.
  • Manage the work processes of all the company’s warehouses and continuously optimize them.
  • Carry out irregular inventories and work optimization for all warehouses across Indonesia.
  • Review all the expenses of the review department and propose cost- cutting plans

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in logistics, transportation, warehousing or related fields is preferred
  • Be familiar with the operation mode of warehousing and logistics, and have proficient operational and management experience. Also, be familiar with the transportation and warehousing management system.
  • Possessing abundant resources of logistics transportation suppliers and rich management experience
  • Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta

3. Supervisor Warehouse Hub Makassar

Job Descriptions :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and minimizing discrepancies
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all hub activities
  • Supervise and manage hub staff, including warehouse workers, drivers, and administrative personnel
  • Ensure that all goods received and dispatched meet quality standards.- Address any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or staff performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure store orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Job Requirements :

  • Education high school or diploma
  • Experience minimum of two years experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast- paced environment
  • Willing to be placed on Jl. Kijang, Maricaya Baru, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan

4. Staff Warehouse Hub Makassar

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle daily administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods at the hub.
  • Prepare, check, and file delivery documents (DO, invoice, manifest, etc.).
  • Update inventory data and shipment status in the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with physical tasks such as sorting, moving, and arranging packages in the warehouse.
  • Support the Supervisor in preparing operational reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, Diploma (D3) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, warehouse/hub operations, or logistics is preferred.
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data entry systems.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in recording and verifying data.
  • Ability to work with schedules, delivery documents, and inventory lists.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and delivery processes is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in shifts or overtime when required.
  • Physically fit to perform both administrative and operational field tasks.
  • Willing to be placed on Jl. Kijang, Maricaya Baru, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan
