Lowongan Kerja terbaru bulan Januari 2021 kali ini bersumber dari PT Surya Madistrindo merupakan anak perusahaan PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Perusahaan ini didirikan dengan tujuan untuk menjalankan distribusi produk-produk sigaret Gudang Garam bersama dengan 3 perusahaan distribusi lainnya. Di tahun 2009, Surya Madistrindo sendiri ditunjuk sebagai distributor tunggal dimana perusahaan memiliki kendali dan memegang strategi distribusi serta field marketing untuk seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Saat ini PT Surya Madistrindo sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Admin Personnel

Job Descriptions :

• Determine and provide labor sources;
• Manage and develop employees who are studying at open universities
• Manage and carry out recruitment and labor selection: Maintain employee data: Create Reporting

Qualifications :

• Male/Female
• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum education is D3/S1
• Communicative
• Preferably those who have expertise and experience in their field of at least 1 year
• Physically and mentally healthy
• This position is open for the following locations: Batam

2. Admin Gudang POSM

Job Descriptions :

• Maintain Administration & Physical of material promotion based on Standard Operational Procedure.
• Prepare Stock Opname of Material Promotion.
• Monitor Warehouse Promotion Feasibility.
• Enaire accurately & timely administration of promotional material mutations.
• Making Reports related to the movement of promotional supplies of accurately.

Qualifications :

• Male, maximum 28 years old.
• Minimum D3 from all major.
• Fresh graduated or experienced.

3. Helper

Job Descriptions :

• Your Main task is to Assist the warehouse team loading and unloading goods (cigarettes) that go in and out of PT Surya Madistrindo.
• Assisting the warehouse team loading and unloading goods (cigarettes) that go in and out of PT Surya Madistrindo.

Qualifications :

• Maximum age is 35 years Old
• Candidate must be High School Graduated
• Experienced in the field of loading and unloading goods & have a passion in the field of marketing
• Have good personality & communication skills
• Have Sim A or B
• This position is open for the following locations: Tangerang, Manado, Semarang, Ambon, Palu, Probolinggo, Timika, Ende, Kota Agung, Sorong, and Meulaboh

4. Internal Audit – Operation Control Officer

Job Descriptions :

• The main task is to inspect all departments for administrative and operational aspects in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Carry out an inspection of the administrative and operational aspects in accordance with the SOP.
• Perform special examinations according to the instructions and inspection standards.
• Make Inspection Reports that are concise, concise, clear, accurate and timely.

Qualifications :

• Male, age maximum 35 years
• Graduated Bachelors Degree (S1) Majoring Accounting from Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 2.75
• Experienced min 1 years as Internal Auditor in the audit process Project Implementation, Process Improvement and Staff Development
• Understand the process of implementation of control system & procedure and Standard Operating Procedure in the company
• Mastering computer applications MS Office & Accounting Software
• Communicative, honest, passionated and able to work in teams
• For Business needs and Indivdual Employee Development, it is Mandatory to be available to placement of work in all Regions of Indonesia

5. Admin Finance

Job Descriptions :

• Your Main task is to Maintain sales & accounts receivable administration processes in the area data input process by the system & administrative activities related to sales and receivables in the area.
• Carry out the process of verifying realization documents accurately
• Distributing documents of sales
• Input program realization results into the system appropriately
• Take physical opname for document realization

Qualifications :

• Male or Female with Maximum age 30 years old
• Education minimum S1 majoring in Accounting (preferred)/ all major
• Fresh Graduated / Experience with GPA min 2.75
• Have good personality & communication skills
• Able to Operate Ms Excel

6. Driver

Job Descriptions :

• Your Main Task is to Help merchandisers carry out field marketing activities and ensure the Feasibility, Completeness and Safety of Operational vehicles.

7. Operator

Job Descriptions :

• Clean the room, assets & environment around the office. Providing services for the consumption needs to employees. Carry out simple administration to help with day to day office operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office’s envirornment & provide services to employees.
• Helping operational activities & creating a comfortable working atsmophere.
