1. Business Development and Partnership – Relationship Management

Job Description:

  • Focus on acquiring high-value sellers to join and start selling on Shopee
  • Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the on-boarding and incubation process for these sellers
  • Provide market insights from the sellers’ perspective, including understandingproducts, sellers, market and competitor dynamics

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 2-3 years related experience in e-commerce, consulting orbusiness management industry
  • Bachelor from reputable university
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Good knowledge and good passion for the e-commerce industry
  • Sales spirit with good communication skill and driven
  • Able to work in a team

2. Business Development and Partnership – Merchandiser

Job Description:

  • Analyse Category Product performance, including but not limited to analysing product assortment and price competitiveness
  • Analyse Category Sellers performance, including but not limited to analysing Product type (Stock Keeping Unit), sales, seller activeness and other service qualities
  • Analyse Category Overall Sales Performance both for daily sales as well as campaign sales.
  • Research on key competitors of the category, focusing on parts related to their key business development strategy

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 2-3 years related experience in eCommerce, consultancy or business management industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  • Able to run Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Able to communicate in English and understand Marketing campaign terms will be a plus
  • Good knowledge and good passion for the e-commerce industry
  • Able to work in a team

3. Business Development Category Admin (Contract-based)

Job description:

  • Assist and coordinate with Shopee’s Relationship Managements and Merchandisers within the category.
  • Analyze sellers progress, activities, sales performances, and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue performance.
  • Assist analysis of category product & sellers performance.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from any major from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Good knowledge and good passion for the e-commerce industry
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel will be a plus

4. Business Development and Partnership – ShopeeMall Brand Campaign Management

Job Description:

  • Focus on driving performance of assigned brands across categories
  • Responsible for initiating, planning, and coordinating the process of joint business planning across categories, including doing the forecast analysis
  • Regularly get in touch with the brand to build trust, relationships and also do brainstorming sessions or pitch creative and out-of-the-box ideas for potential partnerships
  • Read the project and ensure that the execution of the joint business plan runs smoothly
  • Work closely with data to track and monitor the performance of the agreed business plan set
  • Identify and resolve issues about brands that may occur during the execution of the business plans
  • Act as e-commerce consultant to suggest means to ensure that target achievement is on track, including but not limited to: promotion and campaign advice, shop management best-practice, etc

Requirements:

  • The candidate possesses 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, e-commerce industry, or passion in the e-commerce industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or related disciplines from recognized universities
  • Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
  • Need to be more community/collective focused and have a creative mindset
  • Experienced with business development, sales, or account management
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders

5. Product Management – Product Owner

Job Description:

  • Act as a specialist for the product
  • Give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product
  • Do testing, troubleshooting issues, creating SOP, etc
  • Work on administrative task of the product
  • Maintain existing app products (product management)
  • Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers and Designer on feature and UX/UI implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master qualification from a reputable University
  • Min 3-5 years of work experience in product management or product owner
  • Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is a plus
  • Able to converse in English and one of these languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, to communicate with internal stakeholders from across the region
  • A background in design will be an advantage

Job Description:

  • Analyse, operate, and optimize Shopee’s in-platform marketing tool
  • Manage local and global brands’ in-platform marketing efforts
  • Strategize in-platform marketing efforts for clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Has min. 2 years experience in paid advertising tools
  • Strong logic, analytical thinking, and passion with marketing and business development approach
  • Experience in Online Marketing/Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimisation is a plus

7. Business Development and Partnership – Campaign Management Project

Job Description:

  • Handles all campaign projects: existing monthly and seasonal campaigns, also the upcoming campaigns for the next year in order to develop C2C seller (Small Medium Enterprise or UMKM) in marketplace to achieve their KPI during campaign
  • Applying best-practice in campaign types and mechanisms to maximise campaign results
  • Run the campaign projects, analyse and calculate campaign strategies and implement them for the campaigns
  • Make sure all the campaigns run smoothly and maximizing the campaign results with clearly defined KPIs and timelines
  • Evaluate all campaigns and always improve for the upcoming ones based on the execution from the previous campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field of study
  • Min. 3-4 years experience in Management Consultant, Business Consultant, Campaign Management, Campaign Project, Project Manager, or related positions will be an advantage
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders on various divisions
  • Ability in project management, and market sizing
  • Understanding in the e-commerce business and market
  • Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions

8. Business Development and Partnership – Category Campaign Management

Job Description:

  • Assisting the various business units as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new campaign strategies
  • Developing reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field of study
  • Previous working experience in the Consulting, FMCG, Tech industry will be an advantage
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
  • Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions
  • Strong communication skills with an exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers

9. Homebase Acquisition & Incubation Project

Job Description:

  • Provide relevant input, analysis, and solution-based on data to the stakeholders
  • End-to-end execution of special initiatives including project design, monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Develop models and tools to optimize performance and solve problems faced by the Homebase Project
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other cluster personnel in executing acquisition & incubation

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3-5 years of working experience preferably in Acquisition / Incubation Project Management
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis

10. Business Development and Partnerships – Export Category Manager

Job Description:

  • Define, implement and execute the business development or growth strategy
  • Train and manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants
  • Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
  • Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category
  • Carry out analysis and survey to better understand merchant requirements and behaviour
  • Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships

Job Description:

  • Assisting in weekly Shopee Mall campaign planning
  • Liaising with Marketing and Business Development teams for campaign execution
  • Applying best-practice in campaign types and mechanisms to maximise campaign results
  • Tracking campaign results, providing campaign learnings and constantly improving campaign execution based on those learnings
  • Assisting in managing Shopee Mall campaign projects with clearly-defined Key Performance Indicators and timeline

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience either in management consulting, FMCG, media agency, e-commerce industry, or has the passion in the e-commerce industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
  • Experience with business development, marketing campaign management will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a self-starter
