Graduate Trainee Program 2025

The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured, accelerated development program designed for recent graduates to become future business leaders at CCEP Indonesia.
You will undergo a comprehensive 24-month development program that includes formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and across functions.

General Requirements :

• We believe in fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment where every team member has the opportunity to grow and thrive.

Qualifications :

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
• Active involvement in organizational or social activities.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Agile, curious, and passionate about growth.
• High ability to analyze complex cases.
• Willingness to be assigned across Indonesia.
