1. Business Consultant

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengidentifikasi klien potensial.
  • Memperluas jaringan dan membentuk berbagai saluran untuk mencapai segmen pasar yang ditargetkan.
  • Memberikan solusi layanan pribadi dan profesional yang unggul untuk klien kami.

Persyaratan:

  • Gelar Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan Teknik dan Manajemen.
  • IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4) dari Universitas ternama.
  • Lancar berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Minat yang tinggi dalam bidang pemasaran dan penjualan.
  • Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, percaya diri, termotivasi, berorientasi pada target.

2. Parts & Service Sales

  • Mengidentifikasi calon pelanggan. Menjalin jaringan, mengembangkan, dan membentuk berbagai saluran yang diperlukan untuk mencapai segmen pasar target untuk produk suku cadang dan komoditas. Menyediakan layanan personal dan profesional yang superior untuk klien kami.

Persyaratan:

  • Gelar Diploma (D3) dari semua Jurusan Teknik.
  • IPK minimal 2.75 (skala 4) dari universitas yang terkemuka.
  • Maksimal usia 25 tahun pada tahun 2021.
  • Tertarik dalam bidang Alat Berat dan Penjualan.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, percaya diri, termotivasi sendiri, berorientasi pada target.

3. Business Process & Corporate Communication Management

  • Monitoring ISO Implementation, Managing and Developing SOP, Managing external Communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Communication, and other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement principles
  • Experience or interest in managing ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems is a plus
  • Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet literacy)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

4. IT Application Development Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
  • Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs
  • Exhibits proactivity and innovation in developing solutions
  • Demonstrate a good communication skill, able to work in a team and work under tight schedule

5. Service Profitability & Business Control

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and controlling service profit
  • Manage service business development
  • Performing the preparation of service pricing periodically based on cost both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Solid understanding of policies, procedures, and audit processes
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform cost analysis and apply critical thinking in problem-solving
  • Knowledgeable in change management and product operations
  • Demonstrates good communication skills, able to work in a team and work under tight schedules
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA

6. Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product and market research for automation solutions-including exploring products from global sources, analyzing competitors, and identifying customer needs.
  • Bridge technical insights to business strategy by translating product research for business consultant team and highlighting unique selling points
  • Support decision-making through customer visits, cost analysis, and evaluation of lost sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1/D4) from Automation, Mechatronic, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, and other related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in automation, robotics, and business development fields.
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about robotics and automation equipment
  • Experience in robotics and automation competition and is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

7. Accounting Staff

  • Responsible for supporting accounting and tax activities by assisting in the preparation and monitoring of monthly, yearly, and mid-term plans, as well as helping to monitor and analyze accounting activities in both the head office and branch offices.

Requrements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Interested to work with and analyze accounting-related data
  • Good understanding of accounting principles with strong analytical, detail oriented, good communication, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in Accounting or internship is a plus

8. Finance Staff

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of invoice, credit, and collection processes, including administering customer credit limits, ensuring timely invoice distribution, conducting customer receivable collection, reviewing AR with operations, preparing monthly cash-in reports, and recording incoming payments in accordance with company procedures to support smooth operations and business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Accounting, Finance, Management or other related majors
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling financial data, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to procedures

9. Japanese Key Account

  • Responsible for managing Japan Company customers in Indonesia by maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling complaints and negotiations, conducting market surveys, and expanding customer coverage to boost sales and market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Japanese Literature, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and working with Japanese companies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn how to build professional relationships.
  • Basic analytical thinking and willingness to explore market information.
  • Experience in Japanese-related activities (e.g., student exchange, competition, organization) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2 preferred) and English, both spoken and written.
