1. Intern, Growth Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in high-impact projects that focus on acquisition projects
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns launch
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a regular basis

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Able to do 6 months internship and willing to do WFO in Jakarta Office
  • Final year students with no offline classes, recently graduated or candidates with 0 – 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply
  • Creative, Proficient in Excel and analytical
  • Excellent command of English and have up-to-date understanding of SeaBank products as well as digital bank market developments
  • Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude

2. Intern, IT PMO

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support the planning and execution of IT projects (e.g network, system, and security), including defining program objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure the completeness, approval, and dissemination of project governance documentation.
  • Assist in project administration tasks such as maintaining checklists, organizing documentation, and tracking deliverables.
  • Help monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Students with a major in computer science, information system, or computer engineering are preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across local and regional teams.
  • Able to deliver efficient documents and powerful presentations, demonstrated by the capability to synthesize data into clear messages and bring senior stakeholders along.

3. Customer Operations Surakarta (Operations Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Conduct the standards and procedures that apply in communicating with customers.
  • Processing customer request, clarifying information, and resolving every problem, to provide alternative solutions related.
  • Documenting all interactions with customers in the Call Center Database (CRM), for further use if needed.
  • Forming and creating sustainable relationships with customers by making extra efforts to build closeness with customers.
  • Following up on complaints/feedback submitted by customers to be followed up (either directly carried out or in place or escalated to relevant units).

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 0-1 Years of experience in Customer Operations or related positions.
  • Minimum Diploma from any fields.
  • Must be willing to work in shifts.
  • Experience in responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

4. KYC Agent (Operations Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform a day-to-day due diligence review of prospective customers by confirming KYC data requirements in accordance with the applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Responsible for collecting and reviewing documents submitted based on a set of guidelines provided.
  • Properly record and maintain documentation of necessary supporting documents.
  • Perform due and timely escalation to the supervisor whenever needed.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to the onboarding process as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Has 0 -1 year of experience from related field.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

5. Team Leader Collection Support QA (Operations Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Evaluate all documents and work papers related to quality checking in the Collection & Asset Recovery Division.
  • Monitor the precision and accuracy of the QA implementation process.
  • Review all reports related to billing code of ethics verification reports for internal and external parties.
  • Examine the reports related to the results of the code of ethics examination.
  • Provide recommendations based on inspection results to trainers and related functions in the Collection & Asset Recovery Division.
  • Coordinate with partners regarding QA findings

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from any fields.
  • Minimum 4 (four) years of experience in similar role at banking or related industry
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Understands BI regulations, OJK regulations, and other regulations related to banking activities.

6. Credit Administration (Operations Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Reviewing credit proposals from the relevant units have complied accordingly applicable Procedures and approval from credit committee
  • Ensure completeness of documents credit application in accordance with the provisions applicable.
  • Ensure all related costs credit disbursement has been fulfilled
  • Ensure all credit documents are in place equipped and comply in accordance with terms and conditions.
  • Carrying out administration, management documents and document storage credit and credit guarantees.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economic or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as Credit Administration or related roles.
  • Understand the terms and business processes in banking industry.
  • Good capability to operate Microsoft Office (Excel etc.)

7. Collection & AR Project (Operations Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Conduct periodic reviews of collection performance for collection cost effectiveness.
  • Conduct collection performance analysis and provide relevant initiatives to improve collection performance.
  • Identify collection-related issues that may occur in the system or operations and provide solutions to overcome them.
  • Initiate the creation and updating of policies within the Collection & AR Division to ensure that all operational work of agents and handling of collection activities are documented in the internal policies of the Collection & AR Division.
  • Prepare complete data or documents for project implementation in the Collection & AR Division.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in the financial or banking industry.
  • Understand the provisions and business processes in the banking industry.
  • Understand data analysis techniques, report creation and policies.
  • Understand the use of Excel, SQL/Spider.

8. Cost Management (Finance Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinate with relevant units and discuss/review on inputs and updates to be used as assumptions for forecast to anticipate any unexpected one-off costs
  • Monitor cost realization vs forecast, analyse any significant variances
  • Review cost run rate, identify potential additional costs that may impact the achievement of Bank’s target
  • Review memos related to cost spending (excl. marketing)
  • Provide feedbacks to related units regarding their plans/initiatives
  • Identify any potential cost efficiency initiatives

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university
  • Ideally 3-4 years of experience working in a reputable bank or Big 4, preferably audit or banking industry with relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English are required.
