The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all HR fields especially in Industrial & Employee Relations and Recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources fields (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
• Having strong understanding in Industrial & Employee Relations, Recruitment, and other HR functions
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

2. OFFICER – HR
