1. WAREHOUSE ADMIN (BENGKULU PLANT)
Job Description :
- Handle storekeeping and warehouse dispatch process
- Provide accurate in-out transactions record
- Monitor warehouse inventory and reconcile physical warehouse inventory with ERP system
- Regularly conduct stock opname
- Supervise inbound/outbound process
Requirements :
- Candidate must be at least Senior High School graduate
- Have minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
2. ORDER PROCESSING STAFF
Job Description :
- Perform process orders
- Handle incoming calls
- Conduct training to distributors on the use of sales website
- Prepare daily reports
- Verify sales data
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field

3. CASHFLOW PLANNING SPECIALIST
Job Description :
- Analyze & forecast cash flow trend based on historical data and future projections
- Monitor daily transactions and identify potential cash shortages or surpluses
- Coordinate with other departments to gather relevant information
- Prepare ad-hoc cash flow analysis report for decision making
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least D3 degree in Accounting or Finance
- Have minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Understand the principles of cash in and cash out
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
4. ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENT LEADER (MUARA JAWA PLANT)
Job Description :
- Manage and implement maintenance tasks for factory and utility equipment
- Troubleshoot factory equipment malfunctions based on operational conditions
- Carry out the factory and utility equipment shutdowns based on schedule
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least D3 degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have minimum 2-3 years of work experience on the same field
- Proficient in performing maintenance on factory and utility equipment
