1. Tax Staff

• As a Tax Staff, you will support the company’s monthly and annual tax compliance processes. From preparing tax data to ensuring timely and accurate reporting, your contribution will help maintain our compliance and support seamless financial operations. This role offers a strong foundation for those looking to grow a long-term career in taxation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Tax/Finance
• Minimum 1 year experience in taxation (preferably from a tax consultant)
• Proficient in Coretax 2 & Excel/Google Workspace
• Brevet A & B certified
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
• Work location: Jakarta

2. Billing Officer

• As a Billing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting accurate and timely billing processes, including invoice preparation, billing data coordination, and tax-related documentation to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Economics, Accounting, or Computerized Accounting
• Familiar with ERP systems
• Understanding of Coretax system (PPN knowledge highly preferred)
• Basic understanding of taxation, especially VAT (PPN)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• As a QHSE Officer, you will conduct internal audits for all departments, identify and assess risks related to QHSE, Develop, review, and update SOPs, forms, and documentation to support QHSE compliance, Monitor and analyze incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions to improve company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum a year of experience in QHSE, internal audit, or related roles.
• Preferably certified in Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs and compliance documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
