1. Business Consultant
- Develop networks and create channels to discover business opportunities in target markets
- Oversee end-to-end sales process, which includes prospecting, identifying customer needs, negotiating prices, and managing post-sales activities
- Preserve relationships with current customers and actively generate demand for our products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from all major, preferably from engineering related major
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Strong interest in sales and marketing activities
- Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products
- Sales/entrepreneurship experience is a plus
- Mandarine language proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branches
2. Parts & Service Sales
- Identify potential clients, build networks, develop and firmly establish various channels necessary to reach the target market segments
- Responsible for providing superior personal and professional solutions to our clients
- Sells our spare parts product & services as a Sales Engineer and managing after sales activities
Requirements:
- Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar major
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Eager to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment parts
- Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitudes, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Sales/entrepreneurship & organization experience is a plus
- Computer literacy is a must

3. Legal Staff (Litigation)
- Responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for Traknus Group through legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with company interests. This role also manages legal issues and litigation processes to prevent business disruptions, represent the company in legal matters, and ensure proper handling of disputes in accordance with applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Law Major
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
- Exhibit a profound understanding of legal matters, showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
- Interest in Legal & Litigation activities
- PERADI Certification, practical experience in court, and other Legal-related experience is a plus
- Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet literacy)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
4. IT Application Development
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
- Create new applications, implement changes, resolve bugs, and addressing system issues.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management

- Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP Net, along with integrating REST APIs

5. Service Profitability & Business Control
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling service profit, managing service business development, and periodically preparing service pricing based on costs for both internal and external purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to support pricing and cost analysis
- Basic understanding of business development concepts

6. Japanese Key Account
- Responsible for managing Japan Company customers in Indonesia by maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling complaints and negotiations, conducting market surveys, and expanding customer coverage to boost sales and market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Japanese Literature, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and working with Japanese companies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn how to build professional relationships.
- Basic analytical thinking and willingness to explore market information.

7. Accounting Staff
- Responsible for supporting accounting and tax activities by assisting in the preparation and monitoring of monthly, yearly, and mid-term plans, as well as helping to monitor and analyze accounting activities in both the head office and branch offices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Interested to work with and analyze accounting-related data
- Good understanding of accounting principles with strong analytical, detail oriented, good communication, and teamwork skills

8. Finance Staff
