1. LOGISTICS STAFF

Job Descriptions :

• Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to transportation and warehousing.
• Handle shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update records related to shipments, costs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C is preferable).

2. TECHNICAL STAFF

Job Descriptions :

• Provide product recommendations and specifications.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support customer needs and address complaints.
• Utilize technical skills for selling, consulting, and demonstrating product usage.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• One year of experience as a technical professional in an industrial setting or in technical sales (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience in industrial sales is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer presentations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM C).

3. SALES ADMIN

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal D3, Diutamakan all
• Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun
• Lokasi Kerja di BALIKPAPAN
• Mengusai AI, Ms Office

4. QHSE STAFF (HO)

Job Descriptions :

• Conduct internal audits for all departments, including Finance & Accounting, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Identify and assess risks related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs, forms, and documentation to support QHSE compliance.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs on QHSE policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions to improve company standards.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance QHSE performance and compliance.
• Assist in external audits and certification processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Accounting).
• Minimum a year of experience in QHSE, internal audit, or related roles.
• Preferably certified in Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to QHSE.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs and compliance documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

5. SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions :

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Updating pipeline
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in all majors
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
• Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation
• Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customer
• Have driving license/SIM C & SIM A
• Work location in: Tangerang, Jakarta
