Grand Indonesia (atau biasa disingkat GI) merupakan sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di kompleks Segitiga Emas Jakarta, Tanah Abang dan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat yang dibuka pada tahun 2007, oleh Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. 1. Accounting Officer
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Preferably 1-year experience in accounting fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with Accounting Principles & Financial Report.
- Excellent in Bahasa & English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office.
Job Descriptions :
- Ensure all accounting transactions have been recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
- Prepare a monthly supporting list.
- Assisting monthly and year-end closing report.
- Perform monthly cash opname.
2. CCTV Leader
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electronic Engineering, Security Management, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operations in property management such as shopping centers, 5-star hotels, or office buildings.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CCTV software, access control systems, radio communication, and security equipment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Have a relevant professional certifications such as CCTV Operations, Security Management are an advantage.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Job Descriptions :
- Oversee continuous live monitoring of CCTV cameras across business units.
- Coordinate with related internal departments and CCTV vendors for operational support, installation, repairs, asset disposal, and other CCTV-related matters.
- Manage CCTV assets, including inventory control, data summaries, administrative documentation, disposal reporting, and maintenance of updated As-Built Drawings.
- Develop and update CCTV placement plans, risk analysis data, and evaluation reports on system performance and equipment conditions.
- Monitor live CCTV surveillance, proactively report real-time site conditions, and escalate non-compliance behaviours to on-site team and supervisors.
- Support incident handling by coordinating with PICs and external parties, providing CCTV footage, real-time updates, timely data-access, and preparing incident-related reports.
- Ensure proper completion of recording-request forms and prepare monthly reports on CCTV issues.
3. CCTV Officer
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV operations or security of property management environments, preferably in shopping centres, 5-star hotels, or office buildings.
- Strong understanding of electronic systems and CCTV technology (IP-based cameras, video management software).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness.
- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong reporting skills.
Job Descriptions :
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all business units.
- Detect and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards in real time.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure all cameras and recording equipment are fully operational.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed reports with relevant video evidence for submission to the Security Manager.
- Coordinate with security personnel, control room operators, facility management, and emergency services when required.
- Ensure timely tagging, archiving, and retrieval of surveillance footage for investigations or legal purposes.
- Report technical faults to maintenance teams for immediate resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations related to surveillance, data privacy, and information security.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive footage and security matters.
4. Housekeeping Attendant
Qualifications :
- High School or Diploma (D3) Degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- Understanding in English both written and spoken.
- Have good physical strength and stamina.
- Able to work diligently and independently.
- Has attention to detail and is organized.
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain high and consistent performance quality in service delivery.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the area.
- Ensure that tenants receive prompt and courteous service, especially in the lobby area, lobby facilities, rest room, and pest control.
- Carry out routine cleaning of all areas on a regular basis to ensure that the standard of cleanliness and tidiness of the area is well maintained
- Maintain appropriate standards of personal hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
- Monitor and control the supply of cleaning materials, provisions, and operating equipment to prevent equipment damage.
- Monitor Housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, lock control, and any emergency procedures relevant to the Housekeeping Department.
5. Front Office
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
- Having other international language will be a plus point.
- Knowledgeable in front office operations.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Proficient in operating computers.
- Well-groomed.
- Pleasant personality.
Job Descriptions :
- Provide excellent service to the tenants.
- Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departments.
- Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants.
- Maintain latest tenant’s database and update the latest tenant’s information.
