PT Adaro Energy Tbk adalah produsen batubara termal terbesar kedua di Indonesia, mengoperasikan tambang batubara tunggal terbesar di Indonesia dan merupakan pemasok signifikan ke pasar batubara termal seaborne global dengan volume produksi 47,2 juta ton pada tahun 2012. A. Adaro Mining

1. Organizational Development Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare the organizational structure and Man Power Planning according to business development
  • Carry out job analysis and compose job description along with job competence profile in accordance with organizational design.
  • Conducting job evaluation and recommending the grade to employees.
  • Recommend key performance indicator and job goals for each position and employee.
  • Monitoring and documentation the achievement of job goals of all employees.
  • Analyze and develop succession planning.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree all major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the same field.
  • Mastering the ability of Workload analysis, performance appraisal, man power planning, organization structure, keep performance indicator, job management, career management.
  • Have knowlegde about K3LH.
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan.

2. Industrial Relation Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment.
  • Conducting negotiations and other activities in the context of resolving labor problems or disputes between the company and employees in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedures.
  • Make periodic reports on the company’s employee conditions to stakeholders.
  • Analyze the level of violations that occur in the employee environment and apply sanctions to create conducive working conditions.
  • Establish communication and good relations between the Union and employees with the company

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of Law.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
  • Understand the current labor laws and understand the industrial relations process.
  • Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge about K3LH.
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan.

3. Reclamation & Revegetation Planning Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Determine the boundaries of the land area to be reclaimed in accordance with the operational plan that has been set.
  • Carry out the control function of top soil spreading activities carried out in accordance with standards and land management designs for revegetation.
  • Planning agreed planting parameters as a reference and evaluation material for partners working on planting reclamation areas.
  • Recommend technical actions and evaluate reclamation activities in accordance with the short-term mining plan and mine closure plan that have been determined.
  • Planning, making, and evaluating IPPKH technical plans.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Forestry/agriculture/environmental engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience.
  • Have knowledge about land reclamation and rehabilitation.
  • Proficient in ArcGIS, Minescape, Autocad software.
  • Preferably have GANIS certification.
  • Have knowledge about K3LH.

B. Adaro Land

HR Staff

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support administrative activities for all HR & GA processes including Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, General Affairs, and HR related activities including coordinating with Users, candidates, other stakeholders involved in the process.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having minimum 1 years of working experience as HR Admin/ Recruitment Support/ HR Support Staff
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Customer service oriented and good personality
  • Excellent work standard and attentive to details
