Lowongan Kerja bulan Juli 2020 kali ini bersumber dari Bobobox didirkan pada sejak tahun 2018 dengan membangun hotel kapsul pertamanya di Bandung, Bobobox sendiri merupakan salah satu jaringan hotel kapsul waralaba yang ada di Indonesia dengan konsep desain kapsul minimalis yang difasilitasi dengan teknologi koneksivitas antara ruang dengan aplikasi seluler menggunakan internet. 1. Photographer & Videographer (Visual Content)
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in photography/videography or related creative discipline
- Strong professional portfolio with a variety of current photo and video work including corporate, studio, architectural, event coverage, and photojournalism for print, publications, websites, presentations, billboards, and social media
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, InDesign and Microsoft software
- Understand about production retouching and converting an RGB image to CMYK for printing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional photographer/videographer, preferably in a Startup environment
- Knowledge of copyright rules and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teaming and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker relating photography and video work to business needs
- Makes solid recommendations for photography and video standards and equipment
- Works independently leading and directing photo and video shoots and consulting with customers
- Willing to work based in Bandung with frequent travel
2. Campaign Lead
Qualification :
- Willing to work in Bandung with Frequent travel
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience, preferably from relevant roles
- Understand marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / social media, etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Well-organized and detail-oriented

3. Head of Commercial
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing, or MBA and/or proven of minimum 10 years of related experience
- 10+ years Marketing, Sales, and/or Product experience on a national or regional scale
- Experienced team leader
- A clear understanding of both owned and paid marketing best-practices (including email, referrals, push notification, SEM, and display marketing)
- Experience with the highly quantitative and analytics-driven environment, working with complex datasets to understand performance and drive optimization strategies
- Has considerable budget management experience, encourages financial performance, and achieves measurable results through projects with clear ROI
- Demonstrated success in driving complex projects within cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Brand, Sales/Revenue, CRM, and Tech

4. Head of Product
Qualification :
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Successful track record in planning, developing and executing the strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
- You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Experiences minimum 5 years as Product Manager including 2 years as Head of Product / Principle Product Manager
- Have the ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Ability to build awareness with stakeholders, in terms of planning a product or feature (ability to say NO convincingly is a huge plus).

6. Training & Audit Lead
Qualification :
- Willing to work based in Jakarta with frequent travel to Bobobox branch
- Hold a diploma or an undergraduate degree from college or university
- Proven experiences as training coordinator or supervisor level at Hotel property minimum for 2 years
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Good command both written and verbal in English
- Understand the business process in hotel activity
- Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
- Proficiency in using email and microsoft offices
7. Cleaner – Jakarta (Tanah Abang)
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK, Diploma. Majoring in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management is a plus.
- At least 6 months of working experience as Housekeeping (Room Attendant, Public Area Attendant) at hotel, or as Cleaner / Office Boy
- Well groomed
- Familiarity with Housekeeping daily operational tasks, usage of cleaning tools, and cleaning chemicals.
8. Host – Jakarta (Tanah Abang)
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least SMU/SMK, Diploma. Majoring in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management is a plus.
- At least 6 months of working experience as Frontliner/Front Office Attendant/Receptionist at hotel.

Qualification :
- Degree in hospitality management or similar

Qualification :

Qualification :
- Vocational degree in Wood Crafting/ Wood Engineering (Teknik Perkayuan/Kriya Kayu), or related major
- Minimum 1-year experience as Quality Control
- Experience in wood products industry would be a benefit to the position (Example: Moulding, Finishing, Plywood)

Qualification :

- Having experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA)

- Familiar with the platform that you are building (iOS, Android, Web, etc.) — have a keen eye for details, understand UI kit/design systems and how it works at scale and expertise over their tools
- Familiar with these following technologies and software: Slack, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe CS, Invision, Jira, Confluence, etc
- Have knowledge of programming skills is a major plus!
- Willingness to work in Bandung office.
