Grand Indonesia (atau biasa disingkat GI) merupakan sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di kompleks Segitiga Emas Jakarta, Tanah Abang dan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat yang dibuka pada tahun 2007, oleh Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Ini merupakan sebuah kompleks multi-guna yang terdiri dari pusat perbelanjaan (Grand Indonesia), gedung perkantoran (Menara BCA), apartemen (Kempinski Residence) dan Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.

1. Junior Architect Intern

Qualifications :

• Final year student majoring in Architecture.
• Proficient in key architectural software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering tools.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, construction, shop drawing, and as-built drawings.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and building materials.
• Strong communication and graphic presentation skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English (is required) both spoken and written.

Job Descriptions :

• Assist with the site visit and documentation, including taking measurements and photographs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams on fit-out and renovation details.
• Support architects and design revisions to ensure design int
• Assist in creating, reviewing, Copyfish and 3D models as needed.

2. Senior Guard (Residences)

Qualifications :

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent from any major.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar property.
• Possessing safety & security training skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum height is 170 cm with proportional weight.

Job Descriptions :

• Ensuring residents’ safety and security during their stay in the Residences area.
• Supervise contractor workers and conduct regular checks.
• Conducting thorough surveillance patrols and monitoring using CCTV.
• Inspecting safety equipment installed in the Residences area, including hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and lights.

3. Concierge Officer

Qualifications :

• Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree from any major are welcome to apply.
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to speak other international languages is a plus point.
• Responsible, reliable, and possess a professional presentation.
• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
• Technology savvy.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Well-groomed.
• Pleasant personality.

Job Descriptions :

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard.
• Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia’s promotional programs and activities.
