Lowongan Kerja Terbaru bulan Mei 2022 kali ini datang dari Persatuan Sepak Bola Indonesia Surakarta (PERSIS) adalah klub kesebelasan yang berbasis di Surakarta. Berdiri sejak 8 November 1923, PERSIS menjadi klub sepak bola kebanggaan warga Kota Bengawan. Dikenal dengan julukan Laskar Sambernyawa, PERSIS bermarkas di Stadion Manahan dan menggunakan Stadion Sriwedari sebagai tempat latihan. Klub ini memiliki dua basis suporter besar yakni Pasoepati dan Surakartans. PERSIS memiliki catatan gemilang di masa lampau dan menjadi salah satu raksasa di kancah persepakbolaan Indonesia pada periode 1930 sampai 1940-an. Saat ini PERSIS Solo sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 years relevant work experience in either executive assistant role, product management, consulting, or business development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoy challenges, and can adapt to various situations while prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including the ability to liaise with different departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 years of working experiences in Business Development field.
• Having experience in handling update partners with performance reviews and propose new campaigns.
• Strong project management skills to manage complex and business acuman and data-driven.
• Partner oriented, understanding what a partner needs.
• Be creative in finding ways to reach out to a targeted prospect.
• Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills.

3. HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 years of working experience in HR Role and Functions.
• Strong knowledge and familiar to operate Payroll System, BPJS matters, and UU Ketenagakerjaan.
• Having experience and familiar in handling personnel administration matters as a supporting business activities.
• Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skill.
• Having high sense with systematic thinking ability and analytical to solve problems.
• Able to work in a team to adapt with highly dynamic and under pressure situation.

4. ILLUSTRATOR

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, from any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Illustrator.
• Creative proffesional with technical skills for Procreate & Adobe Photoshop.
• High attention to details and design aesthetics.
• Able to translate a design brief into a visual outcome.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with other members of our creative team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Having great taste of design and always up to date with design trends.
• Strong conceptual and artistic skills.

5. MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, from any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
• Creative proffesional with technical skills for Adobe After Effect & Adobe Photoshop.
• High attention to details and design aesthetics.
• Able to translate a design brief into a visual outcome.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with other members of our creative team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Having great taste of design and always up to date with design trends.

6. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, from any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Creative proffesional with technical skills for Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• High attention to details and design aesthetics.
• Able to translate a design brief into a visual outcome.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with other members of our creative team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Having great taste of design and always up to date with design trends.

7. MOBILE DEVELOPER

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or having equivalent professional experience in mobile development are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of working experience in React Native.
• Deep technical knowledge in JavaScript, Typescript, and Redux is a must.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiar with software version control such as GIT.
• Having experience in developing and testing apps on Android and iOS devices.
• Having experience in deploying Mobile Application on the PlayStore and AppStore is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site at Surakarta, Central Java.

8. ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements :

• Minimal Diploma degree with 1 year of working experience in administrative function.
• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in using Miscrosoft Office and any type of Google documents/sheets.
• Great attention to the accuracy and detail-oriented.
• Able to work on own initiative and working with the team.
