Lowongan Kerja terbaru bulan Februari 2021 kali ini bersumber dari PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro Group) merupakan sebuah perusahaan pertambangan batubara dan energi yang terintegrasi penuh mulai dari eksplorasi hingga pembangkit listrik. PT Adaro Energy Tbk merupakan produsen batubara termal terbesar kedua di Indonesia, yang mengoperasikan tambang batubara tunggal terbesar di Indonesia dan merupakan pemasok signifikan ke pasar batubara termal seaborne global dengan memiliki kapasitas volume produksi sebesar 47,2 juta ton pada tahun 2012. Karakteristik batubara adalah sub-bituminus, panas sedang batubara bernilai tinggi dan polutan sangat rendah, dengan total sumber daya hingga 12,3 miliar ton dan total cadangan 1,1 miliar ton (Sesuai JORC 2012). 1. Legal Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review draft agreements or letters for a routine transaction to ensure the draft agreement or letter is in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation.
- Providing legal advice, opinions, advice and legal assistance as well as having legal implications for work units that need to be associated with simple or routine transactions to ensure that the company’s interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Carry out and prepare legal documents in connection with routine corporate activities to ensure the fulfillment of company obligations as stated in the company’s articles of association.
- Collect and process data or information needed for a case so that comprehensive data can be obtained which can strengthen the company’s legal position on the case.
- Conduct research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to company activities and provide advice to related work units so that the company’s activities are in accordance with these laws and regulations.
- Monitor and coordinate with related work units regarding permits that must be owned by the company to ensure the licenses do not expire.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, with minimum GPA 3.25
- Master Degree in Law would be beneficial
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of corporate law

- Have good competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, and Legal Compliance
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa
2. Environmental Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :
- Carry out operational activities of the environment in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations and related so as to support the achievement of the target function of HSE Section.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or K3
- Have 3-5 years experience as Environmental Supervisor in coal mining industry.
- Strong competencies in Environmental Management, Safety and Health Management, and Mining Operation Management
- Preferably have certification in Ahli K3
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
3. Safety Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- To ensure and support the implementation of Adaro’s SMMK3LH program in the operation and implementation of HSE aspects in the MBP fleet by referring to the ISM Code so that it runs properly according to its function.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education ANT III / D3
- Have experience in the similar position or deck officer 3
- Understand SMK3LH, ISM Code, ISM Internal Auditor, and CSO
- Willing to work in South Kalimantan
4. Steelwork Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise, coordinate/regulate the replating, measuring, cutting processes running successfully, according to the standards and schedules determined. In order to obtain optimal results and work quality.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) of Naval Architect
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
- Able to manage & coordinate manpower to finish project attentively
- Able to give technical solutions to problems in the field
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
5. Finance Accounting & Tax Section Head
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible to control and coordinate finance and accounting operational activities includes supervising on financial budget, cashflows, and financial closing on monthly and yearly to support company operational needs.
- Control and coordinate company’s finance and accounting activities to ensure compliance with Finance & Accounting SOPs and relevant regulation and laws.
- Control the implementation of the company’s finance and accounting activities in processing data consolidation and financial information to ensure accurate and timely financial reports are readily available.
- Control company cash flow, especially to manage payables, receivables, and projects done by the company, to ensure the availability of funds as well as to maintain the company’s good financial condition.
- Ensure the operational documents are accurate and comprehensive for tax audit and financial audit.
- Develop FAT policies, systems, and procedures as well as to control its implementation to ensure that all FAT processes and transactions run in an orderly and organized fashion, and thus to mitigate financial risks.
- Review on account closing as well as Company Income Tax accurately and in timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting area with 2 years as Supervisor level
- Preferably have A & B Tax Brevet Certification
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good command in English both oral and written
6. Crew Pompa
Job Responsibilities :
- To carry out operational activities and assist the maintenance to repair pump unit.
- Perform P2H at the beginning and end of shift. In order to make a report
- Perform pump operation
- Assist the mechanic to service/repair the unit
- Maintain cleanliness of the unit, safety equipment, and work area
- Implement a good K3 procedure at work
Qualifications :
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years experience as Operator, preferably Pump Operator
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skill
- Willing to be located in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
7. Koordinator HRga, IT And Hse
Job Responsibilities :
- To coordinate, monitor and control the operational and non-operational roles & responsibilities of employees of the Adaro Bangun Negeri Foundation in the Human Resource, General Affairs, Information Technology,
- Health, Safety and Environmental programs so that they can optimally support the implementation of the Adaro Group CSR program.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / related majors
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as HRGA Coordinator
- Have strong skills in the HR field (recruitment and selection, Talent Management, Remuneration Management, Industrial Relations, and Office Administration)
- Good CSR Concept & Strategic and Project Management skills
- Good Supervisory & Monitoring skill
- Have experience and knowledge related to Health, Safety and Environment
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
