1. JUNIOR MERCHANDISER

Requirements :

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a merchandiser.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Descriptions :

  • Supporting daily sales operations for ASICS Indonesia.
  • Ensuring smooth administrative processes for ASICS Indonesia.
  • Assisting the Merchandising Assistant Manager and Sales Operations Supervisor as the business expands.
  • Oversee merchandising across all sales channels.
  • Providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Ensuring regular updates and maintaining clear, consistent communication across departments.
  • Managing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPls) to achieve business targets, including on-time delivery performance and etc.

2. GENERAL AFFAIR & CULTURE ENGAGEMENT STAFF

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Min. 1-2 years handling General Affair & Culture Engagement.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Descriptions :

  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building-related issues and coordinate with building management for maintenance.
  • Organize and coordinate company & HQ events, including team-building activities, social events, cultural celebrations.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, surveys and initiatives.

3. AR INVOICING STAFF

Requirements :

  • 3 years-Diploma/Bachelor degree in accounting/management or others
  • 1+ years of accounting experience
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Job Descriptions :

  • Proactively manage, collect the required documents needed for Account Receivable collections i.e. customers’ Orders, Delivery Notes, etc
  • To record & check all sales transactions
  • Coordinating with customers’ related PIC/department
  • Coordinating with other departments’ members in order to improve information accuracy, seamless process in A/R, etc
  • Assisting Finance and Accounting Staff, Supervisor, Manager as needed

4. IT LEADER

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of Information Technology/Information System
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure and security system.
  • Able to multitasking effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have an IT Certification (CCSU, CND, etc) will be a plus point.

Job Descriptions :

  • Managing and supporting IT Service such as mail service, infrastructure service, and security service such as Mimecast, Firewall FortiGate, CISCO Switch, Cloud Service, Management Wi-Fi AP Controller, NPS Server, etc.
  • Keep information security such as Anti-Virus control, VPN, Data Access (SharePoint, OneDrive), etc.
  • Controlling asset (Fixed and off-balance asset).
  • Check and manage license by official law.
  • Control daily operation and Helpdesk system.

5. E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences.
  • Have past experience working in marketplace/e-com enabler/brand as e-commerce
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented and have a good analytical skills.

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage market research, monitor trends, competitor & activities on related marketplace or general digital trends in order to grow the market.
  • Work with E-Commerce Manager on identifying insight, initiatives for future improvement.
  • Define end-to-end marketplace & ASICS.CO.ID operation model and detailed working process, including merchandizing, logistics fulfillment, consumer care, etc.
  • Monitor the good administration flow from Enabler.
  • Ensure the budget plan implemented as per plan.

6. BRAND MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of Marketing Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience.
  • Excellent creative and analytical thinking. Good network with Media will be an advantage.
  • Able to work as part of a team with strong communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and possess leadership qualities.

Job Descriptions :

  • Plan and execute Cross Category campaign / initiative / brand day and align with each category marketing team.
  • Plan seasonal PR / cross category initiatives.
  • Supervise outgoing creative materials from categories, SPMK and retail according to ASICS Creative Guideline.
  • Supervise outgoing PR materials (Press Release, Photo, Video).
  • Adapt and execute ASICS Brand level Press Initiatives whenever it’s resonating with AID market.

7. MARKETING OPS SENIOR STAFF

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge in Netsuite system will be an advantage.
  • Able to work as part of a team with strong communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and have a good analytical skills.

Job Descriptions :

  • To handle administrative tasks from category marketing team (PO & Invoice creation, Marketing Products management & stock withdrawal).
  • To help category marketing team to finalize agreement before the vendor / AID start the service / support.
  • To monitor and track marketing budget for ongoing year. Help AID to enhance the accuracy of monthly budget.
  • To support cross category marketing’s operational tasks (reporting, technical things with agencies for events, product delivery, etc.).
