1. Jr. Raw Material Planner

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure the readiness of raw materials refers to production schedule.
• Manage rolling forecast to suppliers and regular monitoring to the quantity and time requested.
• Manage purchase request initiation, in coordination with Procurement who preparing contract in the system for transfer purchase request to purchase order.
• Monitoring delivery confirmation from supplier vs actual incoming orders to the warehouse for supplier performance result.
• Maintain safety stock for optimum inventory level via routine review of planning parameters
• In coordination with Quality, to manage the material release according to the production schedule.
• Monitoring retesting materials to make sure there is no supply disruption due to expired of materials.
• Manage to reduce write off by evaluating safety stock and minimum order quantity to suppliers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree level education in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain function, especially in material and inventory management.
• Able to work with all functions in a team environment either as a team participant or team leader
• Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, specifically SAP for MM, PP and APO modules
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Self-motivated

2. Project Documentation Officer

Job Descriptions :

• Minimum bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Have work experience in the pharmaceutical industry for at least 1 year.
• Understand and be able to speak and write in English.

3. New Product Development Lead

Job Descriptions :

• Coordinate new product development/transfer based on agreed specification, cost, technology, and timeline in order to meet with product launching expectation/implementation.
• Coordinate with respective colleagues from PS to develop the formula and process based on QTPP, agreed lab scale experiments, pilot batch, feasibility and non-commercial validation in the area of pharmaceutical development of new products, specifically for pre-formulation & formulation studies
• To provide BOM and routing information for COGS calculation, and machine capacity calculation for manufacturing evaluation in regards of new product/site transfer
• To provide required documentation (protocol, Risk Assessment, BOM, etc.) related to development activities.
• Collect report and summarize data of experimental work and present them in professional & scientific way.
• Also supporting Dossier creation and preparation related to manufacturing part, batch composition, packaging and validation part in regards initial dossier, any changes or up-date versions.
• Working with cross-functional function (inter-department) related with development activities. Perform follow up of different research activities with other related function. This includes assisting in troubleshooting of existing products and launching of new products/site transfer.
• Implement current good manufacturing practices & QBD concept for product development.

Qualifications :

• Education : Preferable as apothecary/pharmacist
• Minimum have experience in pharmaceutical industries 3 – 5 years
• Main competencies for the job (Core, Leaders, technical competencies)
• Familiar with product development projects and formula development.
• Having knowledge in GMP principles, regulations, project management, production and packaging process, stability study, change management and supplier qualification.
