Lowongan Kerja tebaru bulan Juli 2021 kali ini bersumber dari PT Jaya Ekspress Transindo adalah mitra logistik yang berdedikasi dan anak perusahaan JD.ID yang menyediakan solusi logistik paket lengkap untuk penjual online dan klien korporat di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 2015, melalui merek J-Express atau JX, juara di Cash On Delivery, Card Swipe on Delivery, dan Regular Delivery. Saat ini PT Jaya Ekspress Transindo (J-Express) sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. DC Supervisor – Jawa Barat

Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years experience in Warehouse/Distribution Center/Logistic
  • Familiar with data reporting and analysis
  • Familiar with Ms Office (especially Excel Formula)
  • Work placement at Cimahi (Jawa Barat)
  • ASAP to join is a plus

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle all process improvement in DC and controlling data to day DC operations
  • Review DC performance 
  • Monitoring the entire process in DC and responsible for the performance of DC employees as well
  • Coordinate with all department to make sure the operation process meet the SLA

2. Data Engineer

Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree from any major (Information Technology preferred)
  • Have prior exposure to various analytic tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Metabase
  • Have prior experience as ETL Developer (minimum 1 year)

  • Collect data source from Big Data Platform (BDP) fro development and reporting
  • Develop data mart and analytic tools environment, including database structure (tables, views, stored procedure, job scheduler)

3. Data Analyst 

Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor degree from any major (Information Technology, Statistic, or MIS preferred)
  • Knowledge in logistics and statatics
  • Required skill(s): MySQL, Ms Excel, Metabase, Hadoop, Big Query 
  • Able to create informative report and dashboard 
  • Proficient in English is a must

Job Descriptions :

  • Actively communicate with users in translating their report requirements 
  • Collect, process, analyze, and validate data from various sources (in collaboration with Data Miner)  before presenting them to users in the from of reports 
  • Complete data request according to user’s requirements 
  • Ensure data in monitoring dasboard is up to date

4. District Manager – Kalimantan Barat

Qualifications :

  • Rich experience handling express process at Express/logistic company for at least 5 years at Managerial level
  • Familiar with data reporting and analysis
  • Familiar with Ms Office (especially Excel formula)
  • Work placement at Kalimantan Barat (Pontianak)

  • Data reporting and analysis, daily, weekly and or monthly basis 
  • Creating sustainable and great work environment for their team all over Kalimantan 
  • Ensure the coast spent on the last mile are running efficiently 
  • Ensure manpower on each drop point can reach maximum productivity 

5. HR Business Partner – Sumatera

Qualifications :

  • Has experience as HR Generalist at FMCG/Express/Logistic/Warehouse company for minimum 5 years will be preffered
  • Has a brief and deep understanding about UU 13 Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, and other employee relation issues
  • Has a great communication skills and deep analytical about labour related issues
  • Able to communicate clearly with English, both written and oral
  • Data Driven, proficient in Ms Office (Excel formulation:. sum, if, pivot, vlookup, hlookup)
  • Work closely with other HR teams at Head Office
  • Work placement at Medan (Sumatera)

Job Descriptions :

  • First contract from user/Operation team for HR matters 
  • Partering with user/departement leader to achieve company goals related to HR matters
  • Responsible to resolving complex employee relations issues and or industrial relation issues 
  • Responsible to do the Human Resources management for operation team
  • Responsible to consult with line management and provide daily HR Guidance to employee
