Lowongan Kerja BUMN terabru bulan April 2021 kali ini datang dari PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero) atau PT JIEP (Persero) merupakan pengembang dan pengelola kawasan industri pertama di Indonesia yang dimiliki oleh Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan berlokasi di DKI Jakarta atau di ibu kota negara dengan luas lahan 500 ha dan dihuni oleh 400 perusahaan, berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada semua pemangku kepentingan. Saat ini PT JIEP (Persero) sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Sales Executive

General Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university with excellent academic record
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales and marketing
  • Experience in business and corporate law
  • Proficient use computer and Ms Office  programs (Ecel, Word, and Powerpoint) is essential 
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work on a team, can build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A self starter who displays a high level of initiative – willing to go above and beyond tasks and projects, seeks out the “why” behind deliverables and suggest process improvements 
  • Highly motivated and a strong drive to learn including independent learning
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages 

Specific Requirements :

  • A passion to learn the business and grow in the role
  • Excellence in presentation skills
  • Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and buld connection quickly to drive consensus for deals, work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success

2. Accounting & Financial Analyst

General Reqruitment :

  • Candidate must prossess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree’s in Accounting from reputable university with excellent academic record
  • Minimum 1 year experience fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Demontrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on team, can build and maintain relationships with cross functional departements
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A self starter who displays a high level of intative-willing to go above and beyond tasks and projects, seeks out the “why” behind deleverables, and suggests process improvements
  • Excellence in presentation skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages

Specific Reqruitments :

  • Proficient in accounting
  • Having experience in accounting firm of handing financial reporting with audit background
  • Proficient use of Ms Office programs (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) is essential
  • Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle is a plus)

3. Tax Officer

General Reqruitments :

  • Candidate must prossess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree’s in Fiscal/Administration/Tax/Accounting/Management from reputable university with excellent academic record
  • Minimum 2 years in tax position
  • Proficient use computer and Ms Office programs (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) is essential
  • A passion to learn the business and grow in the role
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail to detail and accuracy when completing deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team can build and maintain relationship with cross-functional departments
  • Ability to work under plessure
  • A self starter who displays a high level of intative-willing to go above and beyond tasks and projects, seeks out the “why” behind deleverables, and suggests process improvements
  • Highly motivated and a strong drive to learn including independent learning
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages

Specific Reqruitments :

  • Having experience in tax consultant
  • Familiar with Accounting System
  • Familiar with e-Faktur
  • Certifed in Brevet A & B
  • Good knowledge of local tax regulation, handle VAT, WHT, and CIT
