1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities :
- Identifying, analyzing and executing growth opportunities
- Optimizing the existing growth and sales pipelineÂ
- Conducting thorough analysis to support growth intiatives
- Constructing contract-winning proposals and presentations with clear value propostion to create and nurture business opportunities and partnership
Qualifications :
- At least Bachelor’s Degree (GPA 3,25) in marketing, PR, or other Business-related field. Masters Degree is a plus
- 2+ years of proven working experience in related postion, prefarably in B2B Sales with demonstrated achievementÂ
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong communication, inovation, and problem-solving skills
- Own a entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter, result -driven highly adaptable, organized, have the ability to multi-task with tight deadlineÂ
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Engglish and Bahasa.Literacy in Chinese is a huge plus
2. FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Plan, establish and lead the end-to-end financial administrative cycle
- Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization
- Take charge of the prepation of budgets, resports, forecasts, and profit & loss
- Create an inspiring team enviroment wit an open communication culture trough effective guidance and mentorship
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (GPA 3,25) in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university, masters Degree or Accountancy-related certificates is a plus
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Senior Accountant or smilar ladership postion
- Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office, accounting software and databases
- High attention to detail, strong ethical standards, personal intergrity, solid communication skills and ability to get viewpoints across to both technical and business oriented audiences
3. MARKETING AND SALES
Responsibilities :
- Planning the distribution process so that the products rearch the market in good condition
- Looking for information and evaluating customer complaints against productsÂ
- Designing offine promotion startegis and digital marketingÂ
- Actively looking for target customers and increasing the salesÂ
- Opening new tranactions by converting prospective prospective buyers into customers
- Creacting sales transaction reports and managing customer data
Qualifications :
- Preferably 1-3 years experience in related field, fres graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in International Trade is a big plus
- Holds a Bchelor’s degree (GPA 3,25) in Marketing, PR, or other Business-related field from a reputable universityÂ
- Solid knowledge of textile/gement/apparel product and production processes
- Strong commmunication skills and ability to get your ideas across to both technical nd business oriented audirencesÂ
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English ad Bahasa, litercy, in Mandarin is a plus
4. INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER
Responsibilities :
- Objecively review the company’s business processesÂ
- Assessing the reability and effectiveness use of internal controls and assist in riviwing adminstrative proceduresÂ
- Examine the effeciency and effectiveness of each divisionsÂ
- Overview, analyze, follow up and report to management the implementionprogess of audit recommendationsÂ
- Follow up on IS 9001 : 2015 audit implementation
Qualifications :
- At least Bachelor’s Degree (GPA 3,25) in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related subjects
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in related fieldÂ
- Strong logical thinking, analitycal and problem solving skills
- Good communicatin, report writing, and presentations skills
- Excellent understanding of ISO 9001 : 2015 certification and having ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate
- High-achiever, can work under pressure, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to go on a business trip
5. HR BUSINESS PATNER
Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements HR strategis and intiatives in aligment with the overall businnes strategy
- Takes charge of Talent acquistion, Talent management and Development
- Estabilishes and drives positive working culture wthin the company and nurture an enviroment
Qualifications :
- At least Bachelor’s Degree (GPA 3,25) in any field, prefeably in Law or Psychology
- Understanding of Local Employment Law and display solid capacity to assist building a winning company culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all functions
- Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishÂ
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh gratuates are welcome to applyÂ

6. WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Responsbilities :
- Ensure the werehouse operates at peak effciency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training werehouse employeesÂ
- Develop warehouse operations systemsÂ
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipmen layout, and actin plans
Qualifications ;
- Bachelor’s Degree (GPA 3,25) in Engineering, Business Adimistration, Logistics or Supply Chain
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Robuts understanding of werehouse administration and operation
- Excellent analitycal, problem solving and organizational skillsÂ
- Strong ladership with solid commmunication skill
- Positiv, High attention to detail, strong ethical standards and personal intergrity
- Strong literacy in Microsoft offices (Excel, Outlook, etc)
