2. MT – PRODUCT INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) in all major (For Packaging Innovation and Development preferably from: Mechanical; Chemical or Material Engineering)
- Fresh graduates and having 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply
- Having a passion in beauty or cosmetics – Fluent in English (Oral and Written) ; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
Main Responsibilities:Â
- This position will be responsible for developing new products, start from determine ideas, make concepts to launch in achieving customer satisfaction.Â
- Aside to the product development, this position also have a role as packaging innovation that responsible for planning and executing packaging development initiatives and activities; starting from concepting together with relevant department ; validation to run smoothly in production at packaging manufacturer and packing lines Standard.
3. MT – PACKAGING INNOVATION
Qualifications:Â
- Having strong interest in products’ packaging designÂ
- Experienced hire with 1-2 yearsÂ
- Preferably Engineering graduateÂ
- Project Leader experienceÂ
- Fast learner and eager to learn
Main Responsibilities:Â
- Ideate; Planning and Executing packaging development initiatives and activities; starting from concepting together with relevant department ; validation to run smoothly in production at packaging manufacturer and PTI packing lines ; up to superior experience usage at the consumer side as per PTI’s StandardÂ
- Planning and executing process improvements activities to increase efficiency and or improve the quality of PackagingÂ
- Component as per PTI’s StandardÂ
- Monitor and control Packaging Project Management in collaboration with relevant parties to deliver it On Time In Full at the right QualityÂ
- Recommending best practices / improvements on ways of working in Packaging Development Activities

Main Responsibilities:Â
- Managing daily operational for Supply Chain Management Directorate: manage the need for materials, goods and information in the supply chain, planning demand, inventory, incoming materials, supplier relationships and production schedules. Including the operational of each departments such manufacturing, Sourcing and suppliers collaboration, central engineering & SHE, Quality & HALAL Management, Manufacturing Excellence & competencies.
9. MT – INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Information Technology or Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Mathematics
- For non IT education must have programming background (Python)
- Software Engineer for either one of :
- Mobile Application Developer : Android Native Java or Flutter
- Backend Developer : Familiar with PHP / Python based framework, RBAC, API Development & Management, and RDBMS Databases ( SQL )
- Frontend Developer : Familliar with HTML,CSS, JS, JS Libraries (e.g. jQuery) or CSS & JS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) Version Control (GIT)
- Experience in JS Framework such as React JS / Vue JS & PWA would be an advantage
- Experience working on real projects related to the skill would be an advantage
- Having 1.5 – 2 years experience – Having knowledge in PMO concept or had working experience in PMO environment
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing technology required that support the fulfilment of company’s mission in an efficient and effective manner. By analyzing user requirements, write and test code, create documentations, and collaborate with other engineers & business partner, collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors for ERP implementation project. Manage & prepare project management plan, project status reports, project deliverables, and project documentation
10. PLDP – INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology/Information Systems or from other Engineering major with max 2 years experience
- For non IT majoring: must have programming and database experience (esp. Python & PostgreSQL) and have desire to work in an information systems environment
- Have an experience in ERP system (especially Odoo) will be preferred
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Good time-management skills, discipline, with a problem-solving attitude

- Responsible on analyzing user requirements, write and test code, create documentations, and collaborate with other engineers & business partner
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify what they want a system to accomplish
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for the service interruption and establish preventive measures
- Routinely test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues
- Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using scripting technology
- Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions
