PT Permodalan Nasional Madani berdiri pada tanggal 1 Juni 1999, perusahaan didirikan dennen tujuan agar bisa membantu pengembang UMK dan koperasi. Saat ini PT Permodalan Nasional Madani sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Legal Coporate

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a corporate legal (preferably in Financial Institution or Legal Consultant)
• Experience in corporate law compliance, drafting legal opinion, legal agreement and other related activities
• Familiar with capital market, company law, contract law and civil law
• Excellent basic legal logic, strong analytical thinking and details oriented
• Good leadership, problem solving and teamwork
• Good command of spoken and written English 

2. Corporate Admin

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal S1 (Semua Jurusan, diutamakan komunikasi)
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tabun dibidang yang sama/bidang Administrasi
• Mengerti tentang pedoman notulensi rapat (minutes of meeting), kearsipan dan terbiasa membuat laporan 
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, lancar dan Komunikatif baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Service oriented dan ramah
• Menguasai Ms Office, data processing dan internet
• Memiliki pengalaman memanage event lebih disukai 
• Bersedia bekerja over time dan melakukan perjalanan dinas Jika diperlukan

3. Senior Business Analyst

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or related IT fields form leading university
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Familiar with modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDCL)
• Having experience is Software Documentation : BRD, FSD, TSD, UAT’
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex findings and ideas plain language
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experienced written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in finance industry or digital business is preferable 
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate with clarity compassion
• Able to work independently and in a team

4. UI/UX Designer

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or post graduate degree in computer science, computer science or related IT fields from leading university
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the salted fields is required for this position
• Expertise in UX Software such as Moqups, InVision, Balsamiq, is a must 
• Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills area a plus
• Ability to work with product committee to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product needs and vision
• Extensive experience is using UX Design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile firs and responsive design
• A solid grape of user-centered design and testing methodologist, subsystems to teams and usability and accessibility concerns
• Be excited about collaborating and communicate design process, ideas and solutions to teams and stakholders 
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval 
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with the team
• Be open to receivering feedback and constructive criticism 
• Be passoionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s trends and technologies 

5. Senior Mobile Apllication Developer 

Qualifications :

• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree, master’s degree/post graduate degree in computer science, engineering or related subject of related IT fields from leading university 
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience In the related field is required for this position
• Proven software development experience In Java, Kotlin, Dart or Swift language, please provide your public GIT if any
• Experience with Flutter will be a plus
• Have published at least one original mobile app (Android/iOS) in personal/team projects
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Working knowledge of the general mobile layout, landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
