1. Cost Accounting Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Costing.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Having knowledge in Cost analysis, Excel, PPT and other office tools, Pricing method and SAP knowledge
- Understand the Finance role in Automotive industry in Indonesia.
- Willing to work in Cikarang
Responsibilities :
- Organize and build material cost analysis and control methods, and promote material cost control work such as index setting, feedback, and tracking.
- Organize and analyze cost elements, design cost accounting logic, build cost accounting system; organize daily accounting work and monthly settlement work.
- Prepare cost management reports to provide decision-making data to the leadership, new project cost forecast management and financial analysis, prepare annual material cost budgets, and prepare cost reduction measures with other departments to reduce vehicle costs, Inventory target management.
- Organize the compilation of various cost-related statements and reports, provide various cost data and consulting analysis.
2. Translator & Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Requirements :
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Experienced in providing administrative support to senior level management

Requirements :
- Graduates with D3/S1 degree in Engineering (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing as a Quality Engineer or equivalent position is preferable

4. Regional Sales Supervisor
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
- Required language(s):Â English
- At least have 3 years of sales area supervisor work experiences in Automotive OEM brands
- Good analytical thinking and details oriented

Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily sales activity of Dealer in order to ensure sales activity implemented properly
- Analyze sales against stock of Dealer in monthly basis in order to recommend proper stock to support sales achievement
- Monitor and analyze automotive market data and market share of each Dealer coverage area in monthly basis in order to predict market opportunity for coming month
- Monitor competitor’s sales program and marketing activity in monthly basis in order to analyse impact to our sales and program/marketing activity we would like to carry out
- Monitor and review Dealer marketing activity plan and report in monthly basis in order to ensure Dealer can carry-out properly
- Support to fleet administration process such as checking the completness and validity of claim document from Dealer and forward to internal process
- Arrange regional meeting and prepare the presentation and discussion material including data and analysis report in order to support regular review by Regional Sales Manager
5. Marketing Product Planning Supervisor
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Engineering or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry (from OEM is preferred)
- Familiar with basic process of project management
- Able to drive each region to execute related work according to the project plan
- Product planning for automotive industry
- Good knowledge of vehicle development process
- Good understanding of Indonesian automotive market (competition landscape, product knowledge, segmentation/positioning, etc.)
- Vehicle life-cycle management
- Office software (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation)
- Communication skill in Indonesian and English (spoken & written),

Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree, Major in Marketing Management/ Public Communication

- Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media content and / or display advertising campaign
