1. Management Trainee Operations

Job Requirements :

• Fresh Graduates (any major) or maximal 1 year of working experience 
• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Interested in Operational Function in the Retail Industry 
• Highly motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions :

• Create and Develop People Development and Culture Program align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives

• Assistant-People Development Head in organizing the performance management system

• Provide assistance to our clients related to development and administrative activities needed to open a new store 
• Carry out bidding and selling of partnership packages 
• Achieving the sales targets of the partnership package 

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors or Diploma Degree from All majors 
• Minimum 2 years working experience in sales & partnership 
• Have a good database connection 
• Experienced in selling products and or services to private/corporate 
• Creative, smart and energetic 
• Disciplined, responsible and results oriented
