1. Marketing Manager
Job Responsibility :
- Participate in strategic marketing planning trade by analyzing business, competitors and market situation
- Perform SWOT analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top Manage ment
- Plan, Organize, implement and Control all marketing functions such as new product launch plan, set up princing according to price structure, develop and implement trade and consumer promotions
- Plan, develop and execute support marketing communication campaigns and programs aligned with strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives with acquired budget and control implementation under scheduled time-line
- Sales and performances analysis, identify growth trend, opportunities and area or weak nesses on sales along with proposed corrective marketing actions
- Manage P&L, Marekting budget with company policy
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Qualifications :
- Preferable age range 40-50 years old
- Has experienced in paint & building materials
- Good communication in English is a Must
- Can lead a team (Good leadership)
2. Purchasing Supervisor – ASST Manager
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of principles and procedures of purchasingn process
- Source, compare, select and negotiate for the best purchase for raw materials and packaging materials in term of quality, price, credit terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned
- Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate competitive princing and delivery of raw materials and packaging materials from various suppliers for the group of companies
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on-time
- Good time management and follow-up skills with systematic thinking skills
- Perform other assignment as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree Suply Chain management or other related field
- At least 5 years working experience in Purchasing/Sourcing
- Negotiation skill, comparison and selection skill
- High responsibility and be able to work under pressure and thight deadline
- Multi-tasking and scheduling management
- Effective communication and service mind
- Good command in English
- Good knowledge in Computer literacy Microsoft Office
- Work based at Tangerang
3. Brand & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field
- Has knowledge and proficiency in Brand Management, including consumer definition, situation assessment,
- financial analysis, and marketing strategy development.
- Has knowledge and proficiency in Brand Communications, including the ability to develop integrated communication plans, and manage agencies/vendor
4. Sales Supervisor Surabaya
Responsibilities :
- Analyze on market situation and competitor activity
- Monitor, record, analyze, and report on activities trends, result, and recommendation relating to sales activities
- Target oriented and able to make sales strategy to achieve the target
Qualifications :
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having a good connection in the retail industry
