Traveloka menawarkan tiket pesawat, hotel, kereta, paket penerbangan + hotel, atraksi & aktivitas, produk konektivitas, transportasi bandara, dan bus. Saat ini PT Trinusa Travelindo (Traveloka) sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Finance System Analyst

Requirements :

• Possess bachelor degree from a reputable University in Information Technology, Information System, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle), finance related system implementation, or software engineering is preferable.
• Possess knowledge about the financial cycle and its surrounding operations.
• Understand common technology for custom and packaged financial applications.
• Strong analytical skill and result oriented.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication skills.
• Passionate about system implementation and business analysis in Financial areas

2. Tax Administrative Officer

Requirements :

• Accounting or Tax Background (Diploma or Bachelor)
• Excellence in Ms. Office
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Able to generate e Faktur, e Bupot & e SPT

3. Business Operations Executive

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply with minimum Bachelor Degree
• Good attention to detail for data entry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
• Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via verbal and written medium.
• Have a strong problem-solving skill, strong in numbers.
• Self-driven person, embracing challenges, and persevering to failures.
• Have an excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done.
• Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks. Able to perform under pressure and stay on-track

4. Partner Engagement Representative

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Self-motivated to achieve KPIs set by the company and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Ecommerce industry with sales or marketing role.
• Proven client facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Experience in restaurant industry with sales or marketing role (especially online channels) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic preferred.
• Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Market & Partnership Executive

Requirements :

• Fresh graduate is to apply welcome, min. bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Advanced proficiency in using MS. Office Suite, primarily MS. Excel. Database savvy.
• Great eye in details, self-driven, love challenges, good communication skills, pro-active and get things done.
• Flexible and quickly adapt to the latest guidelines/changes on the policy and procedure.

6. Content & Operations Executive

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Tourism, or other fields from top local universities with strong academic results
• Excellent administrative, structural thinking skill is required
• A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence in a multicultural setting
• Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
• Passion in making the world better through technology

7. Product Executive – Platform

Requirements :

• Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem-solving skills
• Have a strong willingness to learn
• Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and can-do attitude
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Office Suite, and basic knowledge of SQL
• Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome
