1. PARTS SALES SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities :

  • Reach business plan commitments, optimizing spare parts sales volumes and margins
  • Drive Parts sales through planning, marketing and developing targets with distributors
  • Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty targets
  • Responsible for the total utilization of the parts sales business potential, thereby securing the total Parts sales business growth
  • Manage key account portofolio and secure optimal loyalty and parts sales performance
  • Responsible for establishing Parts sales budget and a long-term plan for Parts sales
  • Business development through allocated distributors/area
  • Act as main interface for Parts sales and other parts related matters with other Business
  • Reporting to Commercial Aftermarket Departement Head
  • Drive Service Sales Managemetn team

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree from any major are welcome to apply
  • Over 5 years of sales experience within automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of the aftermarket business process or understanding
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken

2. COST CONTROLLER

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare quarterly business plan for shareholders
  • Conduct monthly financial review on actual vs planning with all related departements
  • Analyze the difference of actual financial performance vs business plan and propose alternative solutions to minimize the difference
  • Ensure profitability target will be achieved by reviewing the changes on sales price and cost of product
  • Prepare standard costing
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new projects and/or investment

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting with Brevet A/B Certification and/or CA Certification is an advantage
  • At least 1-3 years experience of handling Cost Control or Budget or Cost Accounting
  • Well understanding on PSAK, IFRS and/or Tax Regulations
  • Familiar in working with SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment
  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbally
  • Experience in leading a team will be an added value

3. EXPORT IMPORT SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring day to day import transaction to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouses
  • Monitoring day to day Export transactions (returnable packages only)
  • Handle and monitoring renewal of import licenses (SPI, Suket, NK, SNI, etc)
  • Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, Lartas, COO and all regulations related to Exim
  • Familiar with INSW, Inatrade, Siinas, KSO Sucofindo, OSS System, PIB module
  • Handle customs audit Liaise with forwarder, customs office, association (Gaikindo etc) and government (Mol, MoT, MoF)
  • Up to date with new regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree’s from all major
  • Minimum 4-6 year experience in Export, Import and Government Relation fields
  • Having experience in leading a team/project/organization
  • Familiar working with Ms Office
  • Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Having passed Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan will be an advantage
  • Able to work well under pressure

4. PARTS ADMIN INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities :

  • Support administration such as checking, recap, filling, & equalize data in Parts, Logistics, & Commercial Departement
  • Creating invoice, purchase order, etc
  • Support communication with dealer/vendor related to Parts, Logistics, & Commercial Administration

Requirements :

  • Final year student majoring on Administration Management or any related majors no longer have class activity are welcome to apply
  • Fresh Graduate in Administration or Management or general
  • Able to use Ms Office Excel (VLOOKUP & PIVOT), Power Point, and Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • High motivation & spirit

5. BUYER SUPPLIER (QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY ENGINEER)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage supplier audit
  • Handle part development
  • Manage Process Change Management and Supplier Sourcing
  • Manage UCR Control and Project Control
  • Handle business case making
  • Manage cost planning

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree’s from Mechanical Engineering or any related majors
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineer fields
  • Having experience in leading a team/project/organization
  • Familiar working with Ms Office
  • Good communication and strong integrity
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Can do negotiation
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to drive
