Lowongan Kerja terbaru bulan April 2021 kali ini datang dari RFM Corporation adalah salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman terbesar di Filipina (Lebih dari US $ 300 juta ukuran aset pada tahun 2014). 1. Demand Planner
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Demand Planning experience and Supply Chain knowledge in a fast-moving consumer goods company
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Demand Management processes in Sales and Marketing as well as supply chain work processes
- Familiar with Demand Planning concepts and a broad range of computer skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
2. Assistant Brand Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
- With Brand Management experience for at least 2 years, ideally in an FMCG or Consumer Health company
- Preferably with people management experience
- Good with business / financial analysis
- Possesses good communication skills
3. Brand Assistant
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
- With Brand Management experience for at least 2 years, ideally in an FMCG or Consumer Health company
- Preferably with people management experience
- Good with business / financial analysis
- Possesses good communication skills
4. Key Accounts Specialist
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 1yr selling experience and proven track record of success gained from a reputable fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
- Familiar with consumer Trade Channels (Key Accounts, Secondary Accounts and Tertiary Accounts)
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aggressive and hard working

5. Key Accounts Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 2 years selling experience and proven track record of success gained from a reputable fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
- Familiar with consumer Trade Channels (Key Accounts, Secondary Accounts and Tertiary Accounts)
- Aggressive and hard working

6. Distributor Manager
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- In depth knowledge of Distributor Management, Sales Negotiation and Channel Marketing are musts
- Supervisory experience gained from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
- Proven track record of sales performance • Pro-active and results-oriented
7. Regional Sales Manager (for Visayas and Mindanao)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business and Finance or equivalent
- Preferably 8-10 years successful work experience in Sales and Marketing
- With Managerial experience gained from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
- Strategic, creative and analytical thinker
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic personality and must be able to work well with a team
8. Field Training Sales Associate
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- With at least 1-2 years related experience in the related field
- Preferably supervisory experienced employee specializing in Sales
- Experienced in direct Sales selling and/or Training is an advantage
- With excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Possesses good interpersonal skills
9. Sales Information Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering related course
- With at least 1-2 years working experience in sales organization in any industry
- Exposed to any Business Systems / Systems Development / Database Management is a plus
- Dynamic, inquisitive, driven

10. Merchandising Operations And Channel Activations Lead
Qualifications :
- Supervises third party agency (scorecard, kpi, etc)
- In-store merchandising execution, end-to-end planning to program implementation, including audit, monitoring, assessment and evaluation

- Possesses good communication skills
11. Food Service Business Development Associate
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in key account selling in out-of-home channels e.g. hotels, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, canteens and other non-traditional outlets
- Food technology or technical training is a plus
- Possesses good leadership and negotiating skills

12. Export Associate
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Export, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 1-2 years related experience in handling export consumer products food or non-food preferred
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With good numerical, demand planning and organizational skills
- Highly organized and keen attention to details
