1. Livestream Content and Creative

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop program concept including program’s topic, gimmick and program treatment in order to fulfill the campaign or client’s needs
  • Coordinate with internal comms and external parties to finalize program concept in order to have clear communication on the program planning such as scheduling, airing time, key promotion message, prizes, etc.
  • Direct the second tier/minor to middle sized program execution including props checking, talent briefing session, blocking, camera movement in order to ensure smooth program execution as planned (timely accurate as run down, with high quality production)
  • Evaluate the program execution including internal and external parties in order to gather technical and execution’s area of improvements
  • Evaluate the program’s performance including the number of views / orders and develop report

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as senior creative, production assistant, producer, or related roles
  • Strong understanding in content production, content ideation, content writing, or event organizing.
  • Passionate in creating creative, convincing, and engaging content
  • Familiarity in e-commerce and/or live streaming industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

2. Livestream Talent and Community Management

Job Descriptions:

  • Conceptualise and develop strategy for community, creators, influencers, and KOL from various category
  • Create and evaluate new and past programs for talents
  • Onboard and manage talents with different tiering and reach across various categories
  • Nurture creators community by hosting online and offline events
  • Cross-collaboration with different teams to build and maintain creator ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 1-3 or more years of experience in talent management, community management, influencer marketing, or related fields
  • Experience from Multi-Channel Network (MCN), agencies, talent management firms, OTT, or other related industries
  • Experience in spotting, grooming, managing, and monitoring potential talents or creators
  • Passionate about community building
  • Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Agile, great communicators, and great collaborators

3. Public Relations

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for designing and driving the Public Relations strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate with Public Relations Regional/internal team for press release, press release distribution, press conference, media event, management interview, coverage report, post report and other activities that related to media.
  • Maximize both quality and quantity of Public Relations articles.
  • Enhance the number of corporate information, Brand partnership news, Corporate Social Responsibility angles.
  • Organize media invitation, press conference, creating press release, distributing press release.
  • Plan, execute and evaluate campaigns with event organizer for marketing or brand building.
  • Create & handle corporate content, interview and presentation.
  • Build and organize Corporate Social Responsibility project.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience in Public Relations.
  • A creative mind and adept at content creation for the various Public Relations channels.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven track record of corporate and relationship management (both internal and external).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum required.

4. Warehouse Team Leader

Job Descriptions:

  • In charge for overall inbound and return process
  • Make a decision for return refund claim
  • Monitor all transactions on a daily basis, investigate and analyze abnormal transactions
  • Train and develop agents, monitor individual performance of agents

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skills: excel
  • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
