Lowongan Kerja terbaru bulan Februari 2022 kali ini bersumber dari PT Honda Prospect Motor merupakan agen tunggal pemegang merek mobil Honda dan sebagai satu satunya agen tunggal PT Honda Prospect Motor memiliki hak mengimpor, merakit dan membuat kendaraan dengan merek Honda di Indonesia, berdiri di Indonesia pada bulan Maret 1999 dan pertama kali mendirikan pabriknya di Karawang Jawa Barat. Saat ini PT Honda Prospect Motor sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Business Innovation Staff

• Collect and analyze data, make improvements and strategies to improve business operation performance, also maintain a good relationship between the company and dealers.

Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Management
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

2. Logistic Staff

• Coordinate and monitor internal and external administrative activities to ensure the process of delivering the vehicle to the dealer go as planned, as well as receiving orders for export units and coordinating with related departments.

Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Management
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

3. Dealer Development Staff

• Identify potential markets for dealer network development in Indonesia, analyze new dealer proposals, assist dealers in constructing new buildings or renovating buildings according to the standards and specifications of PT Honda Prospect Motor, and prepare cooperation agreements.

Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

4. Programmer

• Create, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software and application to support company activities.

Major:

• Bachelor of Informatics Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
• Have an experience in the same field min. 1 year
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

5. Purchasing Strategy Staff

• Coordinate with relevant departments and local suppliers for new model development, check, analyze and make improvements related to quality problems, ensure the quality consistency of local suppliers during mass production according to standards so that new model events run on schedule.

Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering.
• Placement in Karawang, West Java

6. Quality Control Staff

• Ensure the overall quality of the product on the production line, and conduct product analysis of problems that occur in the market for further corrective action to meet the quality standards.

Major:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, and Chemical Engineering
• Work under shifting hours
• Placement in Karawang, West Java

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Here are the general qualifications:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
• Attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
• Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
• Proficient in English (both oral & written)
• Must have valid TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 400
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• COVID 19 vaccine certificate (complete dose)
• Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
• Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
