1. Kepala Tata Usaha (KTU)
Persyaratan :
- S1 jurusan Akuntansi atau Manajemen IPK 3.00/ 4
- Pengalaman min 4 tahun diposisi yang sama atau 5 tahun sebagai Site Finance Accounting Assistant di perusahaan perkebunan
- Menguasai manajemen Kebun. budgeting, accounting & Norma Aktivitas Kebun
- Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Communications, dan Planning and Organizing
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Koto Ilir, Jambi
2. Technic Senior Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Technical Subject (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc)
- Experience as Civil and Or Workshop Manager in Plantation or Forestry Company min 5 years
- Ability to communicate across a broad range of technical disciplines
- Strategic thinker
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with the plantation/ forestry environments
3. Executive Assistant to COO
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Agronomy or English Literature
- Fluent in English is a must and strong grammar skills with attention to detail.
- Computer competent with proven experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with a wide variety of people and a high volume of communications.
- Professional, reliable and able to maintain a positive attitude.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced site area agronomy environment.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience, fresh graduate are welcome as long as it meets the criteria
4. Quality Control for Rubber Plantation
Requirements:
- Candidates with minimum 3 years’ experience in similar plantation positions at Headman level and up will be considered.
- Candidate must be competent in plantation techniques and rubber agronomy and be able to setup field trials
- Candidate must demonstrate good managerial skills and have experience in supervising a team.
- Candidate must be able to work under harsh field conditions in remote area.
- Candidate must be self-confident, and demonstrate able to command a team under stressful conditions.
- Demonstrate a certain level of flexibility in accepting extra work and working irregular hours.
- Fluent in Bahasa. Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken) is an advantage
5. Site Legal Assistant
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Min 2 years experience in similar position, preferably from plantation
- Legal & permit handling, UU & Governmental regulation

6. Community Development Assistant
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, social sciences, communication, agriculture, economics, forestry or other relevant study disciplines
- Having work experience in the field of social management, community empowerment and coaching for cooperatives conducted by companies, governments or NGOs, especially in rural areas with a wide geographical area of at least 2 years
- Having experience in developing constructive relationships with other stakeholders and as a facilitator of community empowerment
- Having insight into social forestry, human rights, sustainable development and various environmental and social issues
- Have a leadership spirit, responsible and willing to work hard
- Having knowledge about social research and communication media development

9. Estate Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Agriculture Maximum age of 45 years
- Min 3 years as Estate Manager of Rubber Plantation or 5 Years as Assistant Head of Rubber Plantation
- Able to operate Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to speak English at least passively Have the ability to lead in a team Honest, responsible, loyal and have a high commitment
10. OHS Assistant
Requirements:
- S1 Public Health, Engineering and Agriculture
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Minimum 2 years as SHE Assistant in Plantation or Factory
- General K3 Expert Able to operate Ms Office
- Able to speak English at a minimum Passive
- Willing to be placed in Koto Ilir, Jambi
11. GIS Manager
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience as GIS Manager in plantation company
- ArcGIS, MapInfo, Global Mapper & HTI Karet / Terms on Rubber (HTI)
12. Garage & Vehicle Manager / Workshop Manager
Job Specification :
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial Engineering
- Experience min 5 years as Workshop Supervisor in Plantation
- Knowledge and experience in Mechanical equipment, especially related to heavy equipment or mobile equipment and also Road
- Good in Bahasa and English
