1. Knowledge Management Officer
Job Descriptions :
- Ensuring end-to-end process in Knowledge Management
- Measuring the effectiveness of the Knowledge management Activities being implemented in company
- Ensuring variant and amount of employee improvements resulting from Knowledge Management activities
- Ensuring all materials are published in Learning Management System
- Developing and monitoring Learning Management System implementation
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 in any major
- Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
- Having experience in handling or developing Learning Management System (LMS)
- A dedicated person with strong proven result in Knowledge Understanding the Knowledge Management framework skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, visual and media skills
- Experienced using tools for video editing applications FCP or adobe premiere.
- Able to Analyze data

2. Accounting Staff
Job Descriptions :
- Ensure that the availability of subsidiary financial report is available accurately and on time
- Ensure report are in accordance with PSAK through management of administrative and accounting function
- Ensure that the length of the individual company annual audit report draft is completed on time
- Ensure the timely completion of the Normalized EBITDA Report
- Ensure the percentage of accuracy of the Financial Statement released in accordance with the Financial Statement list
Qualifications :
- Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting
- Having minimum 3 year experiences as Accounting Staff
- Familiar with Journal and Financial Report
- Having knowledge in planning & budgeting control
- Expert in making & analyze financial reporting
- Placement: Jakarta
3. Tax Analyst
Job Descriptions :
- Manage tax tasks such as filing of tax returns, execution of tax payments, computation of tax payable/receivable positions, reconciling tax books versus local books
- Manage tax audits and tax controversy efficiently
- Optimize structures in tax compliance matters and efficiently manage the tax team
- Ensure all needed operating Licenses and Permits are in place and renewed
- Support the business units by reviewing all regulatory needs for new business development plans (such as the need for new Licenses or Permits)
- Ensure compliance with corporate tax reporting and local statutory requirements
- Coordinate and provide information and documentation for internal/ external auditors
- Keep abreast of regulation changes and development relating to tax matters
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders for tax advisory relating to local regulations and internal tax set-up
- Proactively update management team about any risk due to change in policy and regulation
- Actively liaise within Group’s tax network structure
- Actively liaise with regional and corporate functions
- Other tasks at management discretion
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting/Finance/Fiscal Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation field
- Strong understanding in Indonesia tax regulations, with solid knowledge about International taxation concepts and cross borders transactions
- Completed tax training Brevet B or C
- Computer literate; SAP background would be an advantage
- Familiar with domestic and international taxation aspects
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to work in different environments a team player attitude
