Some of your duties will include:
- To maintain aircraft integrity and performance, rigorous maintenance protocols are overseen, ensuring the fleet’s readiness and safety
- To ensure ongoing airworthiness by addressing both routine maintenance and unforeseen issues promptly
- To engage with suppliers, aviation authorities, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of maintenance practices with Industry advancements and standards
- Ensure aircraft maintenance operations are streamlined, minimizing aircraft downtime and ensuring timely readiness for flight schedules
- Determine manpower, parts, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks and ensure they’re effectively utilized to meet production targets
