1. Quality Control Staff
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in food technology, agriculture, chemistry or a related field
- Previous experience as QC at food & beverages industry, preferably within the coffee industry min. 2 years experience
- Familiarity with different coffee profiles and flavour characteristics
- Understanding and implementation of quality control measures specific to coffee (density, moisture content, etc)
- Familiar in coffee cupping techniques for sensory evaluation
- Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 22000, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) & Halal Assurance System
- Understanding of food safety principles and hygienic practices in coffee production

- Quality Inspection of Raw Materials Green Bean and Packaging Materials

- Conduct taste and aroma test (Cupping Test) on coffee bean samples from each batch to ensure consistency of taste
- Ensure that product information labels containing production date, green bean code used, roaster code, and machine code that will be installed on primary packaging (gusset) and lables on secondary packaging (cartons) containing production date information are appropriate before use
2. Export/Import Specialist
Qualifications :
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree educationHave >3 years experience in similar field
- Able to operate Microsoft office especially Ms. Excel well
- Having experience related to EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) document
- Understand HS Code and the process of fulfilling lartas
- Understand Customs support systems Able to operate and understand technically the PIB Module
- Understand the flow of imports and government regulations well
- Understand import documents, especially invoices and COO (all about import requirement, legal document that needs to import and export)
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have Custom Clearance License (Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan ‘Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan / PPJK

Qualifications :

- Responsible for daily packing targets
- Packing roasted beans in accordance with established guidelines and instructions

9. Coffee Roaster
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/Diploma Degree, preferably in Food Tech or Hospitallity. Others can apply with related experiences
- Minimum 1 year of roasting experience, with 1-2 years working in coffee industry
- Demonstrate passion and continuous enthusiasm for specialty coffee, especially open mind set & adaptability
- Previous experiences in specialty coffee & SCA education is a plus
