Lowongan Kerja Persija EVOS (Persija Esport) – Persija adalah singkatan dari Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Jakarta. Klub sepakbola yang berbasis di Jakarta ini melebarkan sayap di industri esports dengan mendirikan Persija Esports. Persija yang dijuluki Macan Kemayoran tertarik untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim esports terkemuka di Indonesia yang kebetulan dijuluki Macan Putih. Kolaborasi pertama Macan Kemayoran dan Macan Putih melahirkan tim PUBG Mobile yang mengejutkan, yaitu Persija EVOS. Penggabungan 2 tim ini diumumkan saat pertengahan laga Persija Jakarta melawan PSM Makassar hari Rabu, 25 Januari di stadion Patriot Candrabhaga, Bekasi.
Bekerja merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan kesadaran manusia untuk mencapai hasil yang sesuai dengan harapan dan impiannya. Qualifications :

- Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and trends, recommending equipment upgrades when necessary

Qualifications :

3. PROJECT & ESPORT OPERATION OFFICER
Responsibilities :
- Develop and plan esport events involving sponsors, teams, and the community
Take responsibility for the operational details of each event from inception to conclusion - Maintain effective communication with sponsors, team managers and relevant stakeholders
- Communicate vital information from sponsors to team managers and members
- Develop training schedules and team activities aligned with upcoming events
- Foster positive relationship between esports team and external parties
- Manage budgets and resources for each esport project/event
- Plan clear project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collect data and feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- Create evaluation reports for sponsors and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management, particularly in the esports industry
- Experience in negotiating and building partnerships with sposors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & KOL SALES
Responsibilities :
- Prospect potential clients to sell KOL services to brands and companies
- Develop effective sales strategies to promote and sell KOL services
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, identify their needs and goals
- Present the benefits and added value of using KOL service to prospective clients
- Negotiate sales contracts and business terms with clients
- Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to marketing strategies

Qualifications :
