Saat ini PT Daikin Manufacturing Indonesia membuka kesempatan berkarir adapun posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut:

1. Recruitment & Training Supervisor

Job Description :

  • Manage all activities related to organization and people development to support departement and employees achieve their target
  • Arrange the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Create training module and methods
  • Deliver training courses
  • Coordinate, organize, conduct in-house trainings
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training design, materials, methodology and delivery
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Conduct the whole recruitment process (Job posting, screening, psychology and interview)

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience as recruitment & training development supervisor
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Able to use psychology tools
  • Has experince in implementation : TNA, Training evaluation, Competency
  • Fluent in English both oral & written ( is a must )
  • Having good communication skill, leadership, analiticaly thinking, full responsibilities
  • Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience regarding ISO 14001:2015
  • Able to join immediately

2. Assistant Manager HRGA

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Supervisor / Asst.Manager of HRGA
  • Have a deep understanding in KPI, PDCA, etc
  • The personable leader who is able to nurture and create culture in a diverse environment
  • Loves challenges and want to make a difference
  • Strong for Legal and Industrial Relation
  • Familiar with handling matters to DepNaker (Employee Department) and BPJS (Employee Insurance Department)
  • Agility, analytics, communication, empathy, compassion, and discretion
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Able to communicate in English (speak & written)
  • Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
  • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to work in Cikarang

3. Engineering Assistant Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Supervisor / Asst.Manager of Engineering
  • Required skill(s) :
    • Can read 2d/3d drawing, operate autocad will be advantage
    • Knowledge in Toyota Production System (TPS)
    • Knowledge in Total Productive Maintenence (TPM)
    • Handle project, from rfq, comparison, scheduling, until testing & comissioning
    • Experince in handle capex will be an advantage
    • Understand PLC, pneumatic & hydraulic system
    • Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
    • Able to communicate in English (speak & written)
    • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to work in Cikarang
