Long John Group didirikan pada tahun 1983 oleh CEO Jeff Wen, perusahaan ini memiliki 2.000 karyawan secara global. 1. Asst. Director For Administration
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in nay major
- Has 2 years experience in Construction
- Fluent in Mandarin (Oral and Written) or English (Oral and Written)
- Willing to work in the field to monitor the projects
- Adept at making 3D Drawings, sketches from the result of field monitors
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Strategics thinking and problem solving mindset, work under preassure
- Has the ability to Cleary provide written/oral reports to superiors and ability communicate well
Job Description :
- Create professional 3D drawings and sketches
- Assist in developing and implementing plans
- Monitor the achievements of goals
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day filed operations
- Make a report and submit to the director our other executives
- Help to translate document in English or Mandarin
- Support and fulfill other duties assigned by the direction
2. GA Supervisor (General Affair)
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
- Fluent Mandarin (Oral and Written) or English (Oral and Written)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in General Affair or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Good in analytical thinking, risk management, and problem solving
- Excellent leadership skills
- Live in Bandung or Cimahi (or willing to)

- Maintaining communication between General Affair and Management
- Controlling and Monitoring all General Affair Staff activity
- Controlling and Manage Driver, cleaning service, receptionist, and General Warehouse
- Maintain, search, and controlling procurements activity for efficiency
- Preparing reports and general administration data periodically
3. HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
Requirements :
- Maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Education D3 (All major)
- Minimum Experienced 1 year in HSE fields
- Has a certificated of “Ahli K3 Umum” from KEMNAKER
- Good in English (Oral and Written)
- Can communication in Mandarin is a plus
- Domicile in Bandung Barat, Bandung or Cimahi

4. IT Supervisor
Requirements :
- Candidate must process last Bachelor Degree in Formation Technology or related
- Fluent in mandarin in English (Oral and Written)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a Supervisor in the related field
- Required skill(s) : ERP,PABX TELEPHONE, COMPUTER SYSTEM, Maintenance server, Installation of cable networks
- Have good analytical in IT Development from office and factory operational needs

5. Legal Assistant
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of law graduates
- Has minimum 5 years experience in related position
- Has certifications related of general law
- Can speak English (is a must) or Mandarin to communicate with superiors
- Have the ability to analyze MoU Agreements or other legal documents
- Can provide opinions/directions from a legal point of view for all problems faced by the company
- Can work under pressure, has high initiative, good communication skills, and ability to provide reports as needed
