Saat ini PT Paragon Technology And Innovation sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:

1. WORKSHOPE EXECUTIVE

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Material Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
• Having communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skill
• Fresh graduates and have 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply
• Able to understand work drawings, machine work, materials, and furniture production processes

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the overall business process management of the workshop
• Evaluating the performance of the workshop as an improvement material for the quality of the workshop
• Monitor and supervise workshop assets (facilities and infrastructure)

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3 of Civil Engineering, preferably majoring in the Construction Management
• Able to operate AUTOCAD, Ms. Project, and Ms. Office
• Able to read pictures, understand bar bending schedule, and understand schedule (s-curve)
• Understanding the flow of making RAB is preferred
• Able to work both individually and in teams
• Able to work under pressure

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for controlling and reporting project costs, as well as appraising project work performance

3. QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Civil Engineering
• Having experience as a QC in a construction company is preferred
• Understand the standards and regulations as well as the construction activity process
• Men and like working in the field are preferred
• Can read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications, and work quality plans
• Honest, proactive, has good communication skills, and is responsible
• Able to work both individually and in teams
• Able to work under pressure

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for determining the quality of the results of work implementation and supervising the quality of work in order to produce good work

4. K3 INSPECTOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) of Engineering (Environment/ Health/ Safety) or Civil Engineering
• Having experience as a K3 inspector is preferred
• Understand the K3 and HIRADC Management System
• Able to operate Ms. Office (PC)
• Understand the flow/ process of construction activities
• Honest, proactive, has good communication skills, and is responsible
• Able to work both individually and in teams
• Able to work under pressure

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for implementing and controlling the K3 construction aspects in the project

5. HR ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications :

• Male or female
• Minimum education of high school / vocational / equivalent
• Mastering in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Have a high accuracy
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Main Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that every transaction and distribution process runs orderly and regularly by recording and controlling

6. ESTIMATOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) of S1 Civil Engineering/ Interior Design/ Product Design
• Understand the furniture and/ or interior production process
• Fresh graduates and 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply

Main Responsibilities :

• Making estimates or planning field work (workshop)

7. CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Civil Engineering
• Have experience in a contraction company as a site engineer for at least 2 years
• Able to operate AUTOCAD, Ms. Project (or similar), and Ms. Office
• Can read and understand construction drawings and project schedule
• Honest, proactive, has good communication skills, and is responsible
• Able to work both individually and in teams
• Able to work under pressure
• Men and like working in the field are take precedence

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the implementation of construction from a civil perspective as a whole in terms of cost, time and quality. Civil: Civil, Plumbing (flood pump, sprinkle), exhaust fan.

8. CIVIL AND PLUMBING DRAFTER

Qualifications :

• Minimum SMK in Building major
• Having experience in the field of civil drafter is preferred
• Proficient in operating AUTOCAD and Sketchup
• Having knowledge about BIM is preferred
• Able to work both individually and in teams

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for drawing or visualizing civil planning and plumbing drawings into detailed work drawings (draftsman)
