Lowongan Kerja terbaru bulan April 2021 kali ini datang dari PT Vale Indonesia didirikan berdasarkan Akta No. 49 tanggal 25 Juli 1968 yang dibuat di Notaris Eliza Pondaag, notaris publik di Jakarta. PT Vale Indonesia Tbk tumbuh menjadi salah satu perusahaan tambang mineral terkemuka, dengan komitmen jangka panjang untuk berkontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan Indonesia yang berkelanjutan. Saat ini PT Vale Indonesia sedang membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut:
1. SPV Mineral Resources Inventory
Purpose of the Role:
- Manage the activities of mineral resources modelling – estimation and mineral inventories and studies within PTVI CoW in order to provide updated mineral resources required for Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve (MRMR) reporting as a basis for exploration, long term corporate strategic growth programs and existing operation Life of Mine (LOM) support, including Feasibility Studies and other government reporting in accordance with mineral resources modelling and estimation industrial best practices standard and Vale corporate guidelines.
Requirement:
- S1 degree, majoring in Geology
- Must have strong experience in resources modeling, estimation and inventory management.
- Permanent employee with minimum 5-7 years working experience, of which minimum 5 years in resources modelling and estimation.
- Mandatory Professional Geologist Certification (IAGI or Perhapi or MAusiMM)
Preferable to have Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) in Exploration Result and Mineral - Resources Estimation Reporting.
- Mandatory POP safety supervisor certification
- Preferable POM certification
2. Senior HR Business Partner
Purpose of the Role:
- To serve as internal consultant assigned in operation area department(s) of which the main accountability is to consult, govern, observe, analyze, facilitate and advise/recommend the improvement of organization and leadership effectiveness and PTVI governance and norms compliance to ensure the management practices are effective and efficient in line with PTVI business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Legal, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Certified Psyhologist I/O is preferable.
- Minimum 8 years work experiences in human resource area, preferable in Mining Company
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified HR professional is preferred
- Advance knowledge and skill in Human Resource matters, such as Organizational Development, Performance Management, and People Development
- Willing to be relocated to PTVI Site
- Holder of Luwu Timur ID Card
3. Junior Energy Engineer
Purpose of the Role:
- In term of Mechanical and civil engineering knowledge, the employee will observe energy-efficient design solutions, energy conservation measures, technology upgrades analysis include new renewable energy opportunities feasibility study with good quality of deliverables, meets company standards and National & International codes standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- POP certification is preferred.
- IPP certification is preferred.
- Having minimum 3 years working experience related designing of Mechanical or civil in
- Related to energy engineering or utilities system is preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Holder of Luwu Timur ID Card
4. Procurement Analyst
Purpose of the Role:
- Prepare and proceed the tender to source services within the targeted service level. Tender process shall comply to the PT Vale Indonesia Procurement Norm, meet with customer requirement at the optimal cost. Establish a good communication between users and suppliers, prepare and control tender process and documentations to achieve the most effective process, and ensure that all processes are comply within PT Vale Indonesia ethical and business conduct.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from reputable university/institution.
- Knowledge and having minimum 3 year of experiences in Project Management would be an advantage.
- Excellent skill in Excel and Access with good understanding on ERP-SAP.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and spoken

5. Project Engineer
Purpose of the Role:
- Coordinates and monitors all Engineering functions within the IGP Project. Participates in IGP Project from FEL studies through to assisting construction coordinating activities during implementation.
Requirements:
- S1 degree majoring Engineering
- Minimum 7 years work experience
- POP Certification is preferred
- Professional Engineer – PII (Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia) is Preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to frequent travel to Site (Bahodopi/Pomalaa/Sorowako)
- Willing to be relocate to PTVI Site (Bahodopi/Pomalaa/Sorowako) in the execution phase
- Having Luwu Timur ID Card or Kolaka ID Card
6. Project Engineer
Purpose of the Role:
- Coordinates and monitors all Engineering functions within the IGP Project. Participates in IGP Project from FEL studies through to assisting construction coordinating activities during implementation.
Requirements:
- S1 degree majoring Engineering
- Minimum 7 years work experience
- POP Certification is preferred
